    I had an awesome experience purchasing my R1300GS because of Bill Asquith. Prompt email responses and went out of his way to get options I wanted and to get the bike ready for me on a time crunch. It was also a pleasure working with Christian with Finance. Answered the questions in detail I have asked. Thank you!

    Drove a friend here, had a good experience all around. Plenty of BMWs, Vespas, and other motorcycles to choose from (Zero electric motorcycles). The staff is very knowledgeable, and are riders as well. There is a repair shop and parts department here too--it's nice to be able to have a one-stop shop so to speak, and they are able to ship items like a tail kit if you are from out of town. They also have a hand-crank cut-away of a Boxer engine! My friend took a motorcycle out for a test ride: this location is close to the freeway, and there are some wide roads around the neighborhood to test how urban street handling is for your potential picks. I personally have had good luck with vehicle purchases here in the South Bay, and would definitely recommend a visit to San Jose BMW. The folks here are very knowledgeable about the current inventory, and future releases, so you can make a decision to buy now or to wait for the next release.

    Just traded in my beloved 1250 GSA and got myself a 1300 GS Trophy. This is the 4th Bmer I bought here. Of course was shopping around - but in the end went back to my trusted dealership. The team here around Bill (best sales guy) Pete (best service rep on the planet), Christian ( the finance guy who makes everything easy), Mike the parts guy, ... just a great team and a very relaxed and 'organized' purchase experience - not your typical 'good cop - bad cop' sales BS. Not the closest dealer to my home - but the most reliable & trusted. So hopefully my new BMer is not giving me any trouble and I don't have to hang out in the cozy waiting area to often ... anyways - good customer service is getting rare - but these guys are the Apple Store of motorbike service ...

    I went to this dealership today and was so impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of the team. I am interested in a BMW R18 classic or the soon to be released R12 Classic. I am HORRIBLE with names, so I must apologize for not remembering the kind woman's name. (If the manager reads this, please remind me to change the review.) I got to sit on the R18 and ask about customizations. I did not feel pressured to buy immediately. She understood that I want to wait for the R12 to hit America's shores and try it out, before making my final choice. Great first experience from a nice group of people.

    These guys are great. Very low pressure, knowledgeable dealership. Last year I bought a used RR. They were awesome! I just brought it back for service and couldn't be happier! Quick, same day, no surprises. One thing that sets them apart is the complimentary loaner bike! Loved it. The bike they gave me was an older RT with 100,000 miles on it. Still runs just like new. Great to see the BMW with such high miles! Oh yeah, great waiting room with water, tea, coffe machine. No snootiness. No pressure. Just like it here. Will be back!

    My boyfriends motorcycle battery died in his work parking lot. He asked me to grab a new battery for him. Prior to driving over, I called on the phone to make sure they had his battery on hand. My boyfriend was busy with work so he wasn't answering his phone to confirm the specific type of battery. The parts guy on the phone was helpful and was able to look up his name and confirm the battery he needed. Luckily they did have his battery in stock! The store is really clean. They have a lot of clothing too-- the aesthetic reminded me of a Tommy Bahama store; really neat! I was in and out of the store in about 5 mins tops. Customer service was good especially the guy in the parts department. They weren't 'bend over backwards customer service friendly' but nice anyway.

    The service center is not good. I took my newly purchased 1250GSA there twice. Both times left very disappointed.
