They were able to complete this in half a day and I picked it up next morning. Odometer on my 2001 Toyota Camry was having issues on high temp days that cause the odometer to not display and the speedometer to remain only at zero. It seems to be a common issue with older 1997-2001 Camrys and the solution was to replace with a new resistor (I tried replacing the VSS, transmission solenoids, spark packs/wires/plugs, new alternator and battery) per a video on YouTube. They did a great job with the soldering of the new resistor and I put the odometer/speedometer back together and into the car with no issues. Now to see if this resolves my Camry issues! Big thank you to Andrea for her prompt replies to my questions and Carlos for ensuring that the techs knew what needed to be done!

While the text message updates are convenient, all they used it for was to sell me new services. Another $95 to initiate with windows. Only when I push did they say the first $50 will be applied towards that price. And then without me responding, they said they tested it with another hard disc and it worked so I should replace my hard disc and that would be $425. So for a $600 laptop it would take $475 almost to fix it and there's only a 90 day warranty. Why don't I just go get a new laptop? I was unimpressed that they didn't really tell me anything about why this happened or really give me any practical solutions. I won't be back.
