I was told the store does not handle warranty claims directly and that everything must go through a third-party warranty company. The employee repeatedly emphasized how difficult it is to get a replacement approved and that the process could take 4-6 weeks. Only after I specifically asked about a loaner battery did they mention it might be an option. The employee then offered me a used core-charge battery that was already swollen and dated four years earlier. I requested that a manager contact me, but that follow-up was a complete waste of time. I understand the need to fully charge and test the battery. What I do not accept is being forced through a warranty company that, according to the store employee, will look for any reason to deny the claim and will take 4-6 weeks. The manager later claimed the same process only takes 1-2 weeks--an inconsistency that only adds to the frustration. Had I been informed at the time of purchase that warranty claims would later be handled this way, I would have made a different decision. The employee even admitted the process had changed since I bought the battery. Offering no usable loaner while this drawn-out process plays out is unacceptable. I paid for what was presented as their best battery and received poor product performance followed by even poorer customer service.

I got XM satellite, Bluetooth with mic, a wide range of capabilities thru iheart, Pandora, Aha, CD/DVD, and a bypass to watch movies while traveling. Lastly, they installed a reverse camera in HD. My husband went back to the store and Steven claimed that he told us multiple times that our payment would not be the same if we went over our credit limit, which I definitely did not remember him saying that even once, PLUS we still had available credit. I would have remembered if they told me my payment would change to that much! They wouldn't take my husband's watch back since he already wore it, but the rings my husband got for me were still in the store since we hadn't picked them up yet and so they did take those back. However, they still raised our monthly payment to $85 and said they can't give us back our original payment. My husband told them once we pay off our balance, we are not doing business with them again!

Today while waiting to be transferred to a supervisor, the line went dead. What a surprise!
