He was patient and kind and took the time to chat and get a feel for what I really liked. Yes, we bought the ring because we loved it, but we have walked out of so many jewelry stores simply because we didn't appreciate how we were treated, so we also bought the ring because of Gage and his excellent knowledge and skills. We called back after 2 more weeks and the same story, so we called Grover's and they said that they did not have the watch. Well, as it turned out they never delivered the watch to Grover's and it was still in their possession, All, this time they were lying to us.
