Service was good and the restaurant is nice, bright and clean. There is seating both inside and out. There are dessert options and GELATO! When you purchase one pizza any size you get the other free as long as it's equal or lesser price. We ordered the Greek pizza and veggie. They were very underwhelming. While the toppings were plentiful the flavor just wasn't there for me. I would order here if in a pinch but I would likely try something different.

Veggie sub, cheese fries, and zucchini sticks: all delicious!

We last ate here in 2016 when I posted my initial lackluster review. Since then, they've changed managers and locations, so we figured we'd give them another chance. I'm so glad we did, because everything was great! They are still adjusting to relaxing formerly super-strict Covid guidelines, but the service was still impeccable. Victoria was our server and explained that (just for now) they are having customers place their orders and pay upfront, then orders will be served to us at our table. We ordered fried zucchini sticks, which came with ranch dressing. They were delicious! My husband ordered a Philly cheese steak sub and I opted for a vegetarian sub, with cheese fries to share. Everything came out quick, hot, and tasty! Our server was delightful and checked on us several times. I debated whether to give 4 stars or 5, because I don't award 5 stars easily. But honestly, I can not think of anything that I would have changed about our experience or meal that would have made it better! I'm so glad we gave them a second chance!

Wow Sam's..... really? I've NEVER had an issue with a pizza before but this was disappointing. Do better.

Clearly can see when this pizza came out of the oven it had hardly any cheese on it. I normally love Sam's pizza that's why we choose to keep getting it from you instead of the neighboring pizza place... but tonight this pizza was terrible.

Don't get anything with chicken. You have to drink 20ozs of water with each bite. Its so dry i almost feel assured i wont catch salmonella which is a plus i guess. Their pizza is decent. About the only thing they have going for them. Also when ordering over the phone i make it a point to say thank you to the girl that answers. All i get back is dial tone. Gave this awful business owner a second chance. Ill post a picture of my bread, i mean crab cake sub. Also my girlfriend has ordered a ham and cheese panini twice today and now both times got a chicken sandwich on toast. This place is an absolute disgrace to the Sams franchise name. Only reason they are even open is because they deliver. The last dollar i will give this place!!!!

That's my spinach Alfredo pizza with a nice gross wad of what I spit out when I bit down on that little brown thing, which is a rock.

Unless you want a ROCK in your pizza and a dental bill for the chipped tooth, don't eat here! Not even kidding. A freakin' rock. Looked through a magnifying glass. My tooth is so jacked up now that it's causing me a lot of pain, pain through my cheek and it's a little loose. Hopefully there's not more damage. I'll be calling the dentist first thing in the morning. I've never actually been injured by my food. This is insane. How does a ROCK get into your food?!! Called the restaurant and spoke to the manger who called the owner, and of course the owner can't be bothered to speak to me tonight. At least the manager was nice.

I used to buy the steak wrap. Whether I had lettuce or tomate it didn't matter. The wrap was always super full, short and very thick and full. Tonight I got this weird long and skinny wrap which definitely isnt worth the price. I was also told the the cheese steak that was ordered barely had lettuce and tomato. This is the first review I have done. I'm super pissed about what was paid for the steak wrap that i have ordered over and over again. WTF is this thing?! Defintily not worth what you made me pay for.

We normally get carry out. The veggie and Greek are really good. This is our go to for pizza.

Food is always awful. Post Covid food is too expensive, don't waste your money there.

I had seen several social media posts about Maggie's so we decided to give them a try for lunch on…read morea weekday. They not only make sandwiches here, they also make their own sodas too. Their menu was quite large, with hot dogs, cold subs, hot sandwiches, and paninis listed. They also feature a couple soups daily. When we went, they had a loaded baked potato soup and a lobster bisque. The young girl working the front was very happy and helpful and gave some good suggestions too. The place is quaint, with several tables and lots of historic signs on the walls. We started with their baked potato soup - The overall flavor was nice. But the potatoes in it were rubbery, like they used the wrong type of potato or maybe over-cooked it. Also, the soup was just warm, far from being served hot. Next up were the sandwiches - I chose the BBQ chicken sandwich, which had thinly sliced chicken breast on it, along with BBQ sauce, mayo, and onions. The sandwich was pressed, like a panini and was pretty good. I liked the smokiness of the BBQ sauce. I also got a bottle of their homemade root beer and it was pretty good. They serve Route 11 potato chips, which are my favs! So, I had to pick up a bag of Mama Zuma for later - those things are spicey, hot, and tasty! Overall, it's a nice spot, I can see them being a popular lunch spot downtown.

I've been here dozens of times and keep coming back for more! Located just off Historic Route 1, in…read moreLadysmith, Virginia, sits the home of a sweet little tearoom named Cuppa Cheer. A welcoming sign invites you inside a peaceful nook where tea and conversation flow in equal measure. This cottage-style tearoom is designed with sage and rose floral chintz curtains, white laced tablecloths and parasols suspended from the ceiling for a whimsical flair. Owner, Terrie, wanted her tearoom to be appealing but not too frilly. She nailed it. Offering old-world hospitality, her tearoom is casual and cozy. She also is a force of nature when it comes to supporting the community and local artists, crafters, writers, and tea lovers! Depending on your appetite, the tea menu provides plenty of options from a "Spot of Tea", a pot of tea, two scones and fruit to the "Dilly-Dally Tea" which includes two pots of tea, four scones both savory and sweet, tea sandwiches, fruit, cheese, crudités, pastries and petite desserts. With the set menu changing monthly, you may be served such delightful tea sandwiches as cherry-walnut cream cheese, lavender chicken salad, avocado egg salad, carrot raisin sweet sandwich, tuna baby-pea crostini and the classic cucumber and cream cheese. The savory scones may include spring onion and cheddar while the sweet selection may be a peach cobbler scone. If you are lucky, you may come in time for the strawberry cupcakes and the homemade chocolate fudge. We enjoyed every morsel and the service was superb! Whatever treats are on the menu, it's always appetizing! Tea drinkers won't be overwhelmed with an extensive tea menu. Terrie thoughtfully offers a selection of about fifteen choices ranging from classic teas like Earl Grey and English Breakfast to green teas, herbal and fruit teas, oolong teas and chai teas. There's a tea for every taste! It's Earl Grey for me! After tea, be sure to enjoy shopping in Cuppa Cheer's corner gift shop. Filled with not only tea caddies, teacups, teapots and books, this shop is also brimming with hand-crafted items such as greeting cards, tea cozies, tea coasters, jewelry, wreaths and more. You may even find an elegant hat that suits your fancy. Be sure to browse around the tearoom dotted with tasteful tea décor and take a gander at the tea chandelier and the teacup quilt both hanging in the craft room. My Cuppa Cheer runneth over!

I'm going to start with I've visited this place twice and had two totally different experiences. A…read morecouple years ago we brought our Girl Scout troop and it was very lovely. Clean and the food was wonderful. Unfortunately we did not have that experience this time. I'll also add the host had recently had surgery and I'm unsure if that played a role in our experience. Our list of issues is long. The room was not set up for our reservation, it felt dusty and cluttered, the tables had crumbs on it, tea cups and the plates had a mix of dust and this black crusty stuff, and she just kept interrupting my daughter's 16th birthday celebration. This mostly because the room wasn't already prepared for the start of our party time. She kept having to bring in stuff and interrupting our conversations and made it awkward. My daughter is autistic, this matters because the host kept touching her shoulder every time she walked past her. I asked for the cake because after an hour of this we decided we don't need the other hour. Instead of leaving us be with the cake I brought the host decided to start singing happy birthday before I had the candle lite and while my daughter was opening her gifts. While I get she is the host I didn't not expect to have her insert herself in our party sooo much. Again our first time was nothing like this, but it's sad to book a 2 hour party and pay for 12 people only to have stale and sour food. Egg salad sandwiches were greenish. We are not rude people so we took the leftovers she packed and tossed it away when we made it to McDonalds. I'm guessing we paid almost $350 and got the crapshoot of a bad day...
