After a brief wait, we were escorted to our table and shortly afterward met our server, Taylor. We started with water and coffee while looking over the menu. For my meal, I ordered the Bacon Lover's BLT&A, no Avocado, served with a pickle and country potatoes. The sandwich was tasty and the potatoes complemented the meal without making it overly filling. Taylor added a fun element to the experience. She was quirky, entertaining, and kept the atmosphere relaxed while still staying attentive to the table. Overall, the brunch experience was smooth with no issues. Good food, good service, and a relaxed atmosphere made it an easy choice for a casual brunch stop while in town. Good brunch atmosphere Friendly and entertaining service Well balanced meal portions Quick seating and smooth service flow Solid brunch experience with good food and personable service. A reliable option for a casual breakfast or brunch outing. Recommended.

The grits were ok, but the omelette was AWFUL. I had to send it back. A few people at my table had to send back their coffees as it was cold (like seriously lukewarm). The beignets were hard as bricks. The eggs Benedict was bland. The server was likely new as we had to remind her about items a lot and we were her only table for much of the experience. She was nice tho, as were the other employees. Also parking is free and plentiful. Overall an extremely underwhelming experience and I feel like our money was wasted. I generally like this restaurant (it's a franchise) so I will go to a different location but THIS LOCATION will never see me again.

My wife suggested JoJo's Espresso to me - - I knew she had enjoyed her coffee dates with a friend, but I told her I need a place to eat, not just drink coffee. She assured me that the menu was more than enough also knowing that my friend and I like to have healthy options. I was not prepared completely for how unbelievable of an experience we had. The service was spot on. The layout is immaculate. And, even with a full restaurant by the time we were leaving, I could hear him (I oftentimes have trouble in public spots). I'll take pics of food next time! And their food menu is one that I could literally order anything and be happy with. This first trip I had a breakfast bowl.

Delightful little coffeeshop in Germantown! :)…read more I came here to refuel after attending a funeral and before transitioning to a family dinner. It's in a cute shopping center. A lot of the businesses seem quite busy, so parking is a little bit of a hassle, but not too bad. I rolled into a very nicely decorated, welcoming space. It's roomier than I expected with plenty of tables to work, eat, or gather. They offer coffee drinks, pastries, and even full breakfast and lunch - think sandwiches, fruit bowls, salads, waffles, etc. I made my way to the register. The young lady who took my order was effusively nice and very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her a little bit - apparently, neither one of us are from the Memphis area, haha. I ordered a latte of some sort (can't remember the exact name but it was their take on a biscoff cookie latte) and a muffin to go. I was able to make myself a quick complementary cup of cool water at the self-serve station as well as napkins, straws, etc. my order came out quickly. Overall, I was quite pleased. The muffin was loaded with chocolate chips and also had very pleasant notes of cinnamon and other warming spices. The latte had the perfect amount of ice in it and a discernible, fairly strong biscoff taste, which I enjoyed. My one main wish was that it been mixed a bit more before served; most of the syrup was at the bottom and came through in either gigantic overwhelming mouthfuls or not at all. However, that was a fairly easy remedy to render myself with a few good stirs of my straw. I'd say this visit is a 4.5. This coffee shop is close to my aunt's house and I will definitely return next time we visit the Memphis area. If quality remains consistent, it'll be an easy round up to a 5 next time. Thanks, JoJo's!
