Shout out to the bakery department here. The gals here are super kind and sweet. I tend to order cupcakes here a lot and you get your bang for your buck and get delicious cupcakes. I like that I can customize them and order them. I also got the cake pops and they were a hit at my nieces birthday party. Overall Sam's comes through and will keep ordering cupcakes

I have been a business member for over 2 years. We spend $1200 to $2000 every month, more if you count our family shopping. The tire center is a joke. My first experience was when I went to get tires for one of my cars. Placed an online order, made an appointment to have them installed. Brought my car on the appointment date then they told me they don't carry that tire anymore. I had to put on tires that they had and fit. These are tires I researched for. This was maybe a year ago. This incident happened today March 22. Today went in to put on my new tires again bought tires online on March 19. They gave me the reservation for today. I go in there and they tell me that the tires have not come in yet. Why make reservations and why don't they keep track of the reservations they have and call the customers and tell them not to come in. They just don't care. I asked to see a manager and 3 people show up. One of the 3 managers started out by telling me there is nothing they can do when I asked what are they going to make this right. When I asked why they didn't call me to tell me that m tires have not arrived, her response was "I don't know". The other manager looks up my order and tells me that I ordered it on Thursday and they need 2 business days to get the tires. That's great but now Saturday is not a business day for them and why do they let you reserve tire services if they don't consider Saturday as a non business day. Again why don't they call and let us ( their customers) know anything. I felt a little threatened when 3 managers came up to me. I am seriously considering canceling my membership. They erased the date I had reservations to put on my tires and now it just says cancelled. What a bunch of terrible employees. Please understand that the workers inside are great. They help whenever they can. The TIRE CENTER are very bunch of ungrateful workers. We don't care if we don't have your tires you have to know that we don't have your tires. They should get rid of the tire center before they lose more customers.

Getting my new tires- a full set of Goodyear 85K warranty is about $100 less than Costco even with their $150 coupon. Customer service was friendly. Service was done in less than an hour.

We have always loved Sam's club in the past. But lately there are a few things that are annoying. We go there for reasonable gas but find we can get better prices else where. Sam's club gas use to have the best prices but not anymore. Then their meats, the last 2 times we've purchased meat. It looks great on the top but when you take the top meat portions off they are bone, fat and very little meat. This last package I purchased of bone in pork loin the top was beautiful but the 3 underneath are horrible and you can't call them loins. They are the least favorite parts near the loin. :( The last 2 frozen broccoli ( Sam's club brand) has quite a few quality issues like bad pieces in the package also. But there are good things still about Sam's club like some of the products, the bakery, fresh fruits and vegetables , dairy, bottled drinks etc

This review is for the pharmacy department. I called them this morning to make sure I can come…read morethrough the drive through to purchase a Covid test because I am having symptoms. The person I originally spoke to was very pleasant and told me that yes, I can do it that way or through their mobile app. I asked again if it would be an issue for me to do it through the drive through and was told I can do it either way. When I pulled up to the drive through there was a different lady there than the one I had originally spoken with. She told me that she could not sell it to me and I would have to download the app and do curbside pickup. I explained to her that I had just called and was told it would be ok to do it this way. She was not understanding at all and I had to argue with her that I had just called to check and was told it would be ok. She ended up selling me the at home covid test but with an attitude. I'm already sick and feeling like crap, I made sure to call and check in advance and when I show up I get told something completely different. I tried to apologize because maybe she didn't know but she was not friendly at all and made me never want to come back to this location again. I did not make the mistake here, I spoke with the pharmacy department and got the okay. If there was a mistake made it was on their end and they shouldn't take it out on the customer but correct the employee. Very unprofessional and bad customer service.

Every time I go in, I get greeted with a smile, and a hello, and they say my name ! This is refreshing. How many places do you go shopping nowadays where they remember your name? Not too many, I bet. The prices on medicines, General merchandise, and food, are comparable to the Food 4 Less, right next door ! At the pharmacy, Freddie and everyone else greets me with a smile, and a hello, and my name, as do the other pharmacy employees. This Rite Aid knows customer service, and never disappoints on prices, and in stock conditions.

Yes, they call you back at their convenience NOT YOURS. Imagine that for a second ....... your frequent their business, choosing CVS as your provider for prescriptions and this is the level of customer service you receive. You know damn well they are making a profit having you as a patient. Makes WalMart Pharmacy seem like a shopping spree at Nordstroms. Who has time to wait around d all day for CVS to call you back??? Take your business where it's appreciated Rite-Aid. Ohhh wait they're out of business too. Due to customer support that makes CVS seem like Nordstroms shoe department. Will not waste my time providing them with business they they make a profit from. All the while CVS restricts open communication like I'm some dog!!!

This pharmacist refused to give her name so I took a photo instead. The pharmacy didn't mix my 11…read moremonth old daughter's medicine, so when I inserted a syringe to pull it, nothing came out but powder. I called the pharmacy to inform them and to replace the medicine but this pharmacist insisted they can only mix it. She said that "sometimes they're running around and forget to mix it because they're so busy" which made me very uneasy that they're so quick to make a mistake on a child's medicine and have no accountability for it. She continued on to say that she won't do anything but mix it, but You can't mix a medication that has been tampered because it risks the dosing being wrong. I went in person, as a different cvs told me they have to replace it as it's their mistake, and while talking to a completely different pharmacist, this one interrupted the conversation to again argue that they would only mix it. She refused to let anyone else handle the matter and told me to "take the bottles out of her face" while slamming them on the counter. I told her my daughter has kidney disease and any misdosing could cause serious issues and she showed 0 compsssion. This woman should not be in a field requiring so much responsibility and empathy. If your pharmacy made a mistake, own it, don't tell me it wasn't a mistake. Gaslighting a mother who is trying to do her best for her infant is the most disturbing way to abuse power.

He was busy when we arrived but acknowledged us and stated he would be right with us. There were two people behind us and he took his time with us without making us feel rushed. I have been coming to this Walgreens for years. Never had a bad experience when any employee but I do feel like Jeremy G exceeded my expectations!

I went to see my doctor because I was moving to another state and wanted to know if I could get…read morerefills on five prescriptions...two being allergy meds, one being omega 3, one being a diabetic medicine, one being a sleeping aide. The doctor said that is reasonable and put the refills in. Everyone knows that when you move across country that you need some time to get there, you need time to get your home situated and you need time to find a new doctor/care team. I called the WalGreens on 30th and W Ave L to ensure that they would be able to fill without any issue on the 2nd of June...two weeks from now. They put all through the system except the sleeping aide. Both of my insurances paid and she said I could pick those up on the 2nd of June. She said I needed my doctor to call the pharmacist to discuss the sleeping aide and get approval. I called my doctor and she called the pharmacy to get approval. The doctor's office called back and said that they would not fill my prescriptions because I was moving. A few minutes after getting off the phone with my doctor the pharmacy called and said I was not traveling I was moving and that they would not fill it because it was fraud!!!! I told her it wasn't fraud...I was moving and it would take me several weeks to travel there and get situated with my 82 year old dad who is a Vietnam vet. They had all the prescriptions revoked in the system! I called their corporate office and submitted a complaint. An hour later the pharmacist, Veronica (another employee gave me her name), called me from the store and said she did not understand my complaint. When I explained it to her again she got agitated and said I was making excuses because there are pharmacies where I was going and I could have the refills transferred. I did just get 2 of the meds refilled last week but by the time I get there I will be out and I will have just arrived there. I have never in my life had this issue when moving or traveling with a pharmacy. I explained this to her and she said to have my insurance call her to give approval. When I told her they did that when her employee put it into the system in the first place my insurances approved the travel exemption...that is why they had that. She said it was fraud and hung up on me. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. This pharmacist is untrained, rude, and power hungry. Blue Cross federal and Tri care should cancel their contracts with this company. If there are exceptions people can use for traveling there is not reason we should not be able to use them when traveling.
