Review (Café Area Only): This review is solely based on the café area. I placed an order for a pretzel and a slushee, and it took 20 minutes just to receive two items. A pretzel and icee. What was more concerning, though, was the lack of basic food-safety practices. From handling cash, to the register, to preparing food, neither employee, an older gentleman and a young lady, changed their gloves at any point. When it was time for my order, I asked if they could please change their gloves because that is simply not sanitary. At the very least, gloves should be changed when moving from handling money and other surfaces to touching food. Food safety is important, and this is exactly how germs are transferred. This parking lot is not safe or monitored. This store should have a security in the parking lot at all times. The worst experience I could possibly have. I already had a Costco membership, but decided to get a Sam's membership as well due to an online pricing promo. The entire store was covered in signage promoting their "scam and go" services. It was literally plastered all over the entire store, advertised on the TV's and they had also remodeled the store with a huge "scam and go" exit arch and registers. What happened? I scanned my items, got a receipt, attempted to walk out as advertised through the new giant "scam and go arch" only to have some man scream, yell and tell me,,,"No! Lady! No last you can not go! This is the line to check receipt!!!" Turns out the store was making everyone do the same check your receipt exit they have always done and there was a line a mile long. So what the hell did I scan my own items for then? It was absolutely humiliating. I had just spent almost $400 only to be screamed out like I was a shoplifter or something. I took my cart right over to customer service and told them they could just return everything I just bought. They are total trash. They won't see me again. Costco for life. read more

It's always super packed, finding what You are looking for I can be hit or miss, don't expect to get the large cases of water on a weekend they will be sold out unless you go first thing in the morning, often times the meat options seem to be overpriced but overall they have a lot of things that you can't get anywhere else it's Sam so none of this is out of what your expectations would be. This location is great, visible from a distance and easily accessible but parking can be challenging. You have to have patience getting in and out. Eventually you'll find a spot but I rather park further and walk to score the headache. I personally love buying in bulk. I have had a business membership and plus membership with Sams's since 2014 and the annual memberships are reasonable . I absolutely love the cash back features for gas ace purchases. I usually cash in when it racks up to $50. Since Covid I have only been using the Scan & Go feature. It's literally too easy. Pick up each item and scan bar code in the app. When you're finished shopping, just checkout and pay in the app. When exiting all you have to do is show the attendant at the exit you're QR code. They will do a random check on a few items abs that's it. I'm also a huge fan of their bakery cupcakes. I've called in some pretty specific orders a day or two in advance and they NEVER falter. The price is 1/4 of what I've paid at other bakeries and the taste is just as great. read more

I used to think I was saving at Sam's club, but honestly prices are ridiculous. The mozzarella cheese bag used to be $6 more is $16!!! What! Also, they should hire friendlier employees, especially in the food court section. They don't judge us for picking up 12 cases of ice cream cones or a ridiculous amount of cheesecakes. This is the worst place ever. Never have them deliver for you to your home. Items are always missing. Today it was $68.94 missing in the order. Getting help over the phone is non existant. Wait 12 minutes and then it says wait 18 minutes and up and up from there. The delivery person took those items, the store told me that they left them at the gate? Do you know how far the gate is? there are many homes here. Your email said it was delivered to my home. Nothing, no photo of my door, nothing. Believe the bad reviews. I have been in this Sam's Club a few times with a neighbor of mine. I thought that I should really purchase my own membership now. I went to join and unfortunately was met by very rude employees at the sales desk they would not honor the online $45 new member credit. They said I needed a code number. So I left. This is where I go to buy in bulk. They have most items that you may need including food, automotive and electronic. Their prices are competitive for TV's and other electronics there is a large variety of food and home items for purchase if you need large amounts. There is even an open box area where you can get a few deals and also I have had a few friens purcahse laptops at another Sam's that gave them 20% discount for display item. On certain days they have samples which sometimes can get you in trouble to buy items that you don't need. I think its Saturdays is the day they serve samples. If you are strong you can shop and sample and be full and get out without buying any. Since this location is closest to me I shop here pretty regularly. read more

Scheduled a curb side pickup order, and unfortunately wasn't able to get it because of the technicalities behind an account. The only reason I'm leaving this review is due to the Merchandise Manager - Royal and Curbside employee - Mario for their lack of customer service. Mario had an unnecessary attitude when it came to the situation so we asked for a manager. He wasn't of much help either when explained the situation. Royal failed to deescalate the issue and offered no resolutions, other than "we canceled your order". Try avoiding these two when dealing with any issues/concerns you may have, it will get no where but to the corporate office as a complaint. read more
