I reached out to BW Collision in September and I was told the part was ordered. Instead of receiving a call when they received the part to schedule me in for an appointment I had to reach back out to them. I was told they would let me know when I could go in and once again nothing. I was told the exhaust pipe was in back of their desk and they couldn't find it and they needed to reorder it and I still have not heard back. The other issue with the trunk is that it is not leveled and every time I open my trunk it makes a noise and when I am closing it a noise is heard as well. I can stick my finger in on the left side of the trunk on the back. Every time I go through a bump my trunk makes a noise.
