Tonight I called, explained I needed a simple tow, and then he said that "If I don't feel like going out, I don't go out!" That's just great for a business open 24 hrs a day. Another time he was called out on AAA for me, never showed up, my car was in a creek, he just didn't feel like it. Has more business than he cares for obviously, ok, so I, my friends and neighbors and anyone else can relieve you of it, and you can sit back and watch cartoons.

The lady who took my call was super friendly,…read moreupfront about the service costs, and gave me an accurate window on when I can expect the driver to arrive. The driver was super helpful and had a good sense of humor. At one point he went out of his way to show me how to override the transmission to put it into neutral which was extremely helpful to know (something that a local dealer, over the phone, told me wasn't possible with that model).
