I explained my situation and he told me" I don't feel like going out tonight" and " if I don't feel like it, I don't go" well I'll remember that. A few years ago, he failed again to show up when my car was in a ditch, when AAA called him. The boy just can't seem to show up for work, pretty sad. The lady who took my call was super friendly,…read moreupfront about the service costs, and gave me an accurate window on when I can expect the driver to arrive. The driver was super helpful and had a good sense of humor. At one point he went out of his way to show me how to override the transmission to put it into neutral which was extremely helpful to know (something that a local dealer, over the phone, told me wasn't possible with that model).
