Didnt even get my nails done because the moment I walked in I wasn't greeted just stared at. I tried to brush it off and ask them questions but they were hesitant to answer like they did not want to speak to me. while asking them about prices the prices kept changing and going up completely different from the prices on the wall or anywhere else I've been. the store also smelled overwhelmingly bad not like your regular nail shop smells but the smell was thick and hard to ignore so by the end of the conversation I had with them I just told them maybe another day and left . I was taking my girlfriend to this nail salon and she was called rude for simply asking for her nails to be fixed. This was before any polish or any designs made. The man just quickly grabbed her hand and said it was her fingers fault as to why the fake nails looked crooked. To which he called my girlfriend rude to ask them to redo. The more my girlfriend explained to this man the more he got angry. Honestly, I am baffled because we only asked for more shaping on the nail and he just wants to blame her instead of fixing it. The prices are average to slightly more than average. The service provided is minimal. For a pedicure, very little critical trimming was done, brief scrub of dead / dry heals, no buffing or filing nails with emery board to smooth. When I first sat down I asked if she could do a swirl pattern with two colors. She said yes. Then when it was time to paint nails, she asked to see it again and said she could not do it. She could only do designed she had sample of to show me. I would not have stayed for the pedicure if they had been honest before starting they would not do the design I wanted. They spoke very little English and did not make me feel welcome. I will not be returning. read more

This place was absolutely horrible, i asked her if she could do lines on my nails and she literally said it was too hard so I told her to do simple short green nails and they were awful!!! Then after we asked what kind of gel product they used, he proceeded to get an attitude and spoke some racial slurs and many people heard him. Many people are unaware of the cheap product they use "Gelish" which is thin and can be applied at home. We will not be returning. read more

Omg I just had the worst nail experience of my life. The Lord just saved these people I am telling you! The lady sat down and dug out gloves while no one else wore gloves, took out her phone to call someone and put it on speaker phone then motioned for my feet. I replied, it's ok I'll wait for you to finish your call. She said no it's ok come on, I'm like no finished your call. Then she put on her gloves and hung up. Then the man working with the client next to me, tells her, I'm going to finish my lunch I need you to sit a while longer. The other lady start doing her hair and asking my nail tech to help her so she kept stopping to do hair. Then I asked are you the only person that wear gloves my feet are in pretty good shape, the guy says yes she wears them from time to time. Note: I'm the only black and everybody starring at me like I'm wearing a booger on my face. I go to the person that was going her hair now watching videos and playing games on her phone to polish. I'm waiting, waiting, waiting finially I said, let me just pay you for what you have already done but I have had enough. Oh now the lady wants to put away all of her electronic devices. No I can polish, I'm like no-good bye #foolishness all I wanted was my nails done oh and the lady was like I need a lot of lotion she didn't know I understand a lil bit but is all good I'm a vasiline girl.... Slightly above average pedicure. I like to judge my pedis by the "extras". So pretty good massage and nice salt scrub. I felt she could have taken a little more time with the painting but she did nice little design on big toe- extra charge of course. Overall pretty decent for strip mall walk in nail place. read more

Ok place for a basic mani pedi. I didn't get anything fancy. Came in with a friend. I was started before her and finished after her and we got the same thing. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went in with my best friend to get mani/pedi's and off that bat I felt attitude toward me. I'm African American and my best friend is Caucasian. Only the guy could speak fluent English and was very snippy in asking what we wanted. We sat down and the guy only handed my friend the pedi-cure menu. She got the basic and I got the deluxe, at which point he kept reminding me the cost and that he'll have to charge for the removal of the gel already on my toes. I said that was fine, then he pointed out that it's going be extra with the gel pedi and I said that's fine again. He looked skeptical as if I'm not good for the money. He started to remove the gel polish on my hands while my feet soaked. He simply socked them in bowl of acetone and the proceeded to roughly scratch off the gel with a tool he pulled out of his pocket! I know Gel doesn't leave your nails pretty but my nails looked horrible and it hurt. At this point a lady worked on my toes and pulled tools out of her personal plastic drawer, not a sterile packet like other places. The guy took the acetone that was in my bowls and poured it back into their bottles! I know germs cannot thrive in acetone but this deeply disturbed me. The lady who did my mani was rude and kept stopping to check her phone. She made me put my hand in the uv light 5 times because she was sending Selfies! She would roughly pull at my hands and then yell at me when I turned my head to talk to my friend because it caused my hands to shake. The guy couldn't even wait for my nails to be done before asking me to pay. Prices don't usually bother me but for this kind of service, 65$ was not worth it. They sat me quickly and I decided to do a deluxe pedi. The guy hardly did his job. It called for a scrub which I didn't not get. Hot oil and it was not hot. Stones that he hardly rubbed. Wax that was left on for second. He hardly massaged and did not buff my heels or cut back cuticles or even file my nails. He only trimmed them because I asked. The mani was just ok. If I went back I would only get a basic pedi and only if I needed one in a rush. They also do eyebrow waxing but I didn't have it done. How can I put this? This is salon was not only rude but disrespectful. I am vietnamese... I understand it fluently. But the owners n the other workers does not know this. I am also 8 months pregnant. So I walk in with a friend and we are looking for a color and the lady and the other workers were saying to each other how their salon is not a hospital and don't understand why a pregnant lady would be there. They've also made other racist remarks about their other clients about how they want their dollar change back. Overall my 15 minute experience was enough that I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!! read more

Went in for a manicure and Sammy talked me into gel nails last Saturday. Three days later, (Tues) the gel polish on corner of my thumb nail started to peel off. Not a huge deal, it happens. I was very busy at work and with three kids, so I went in Friday and asked Sammy VERY nicely and politely if he could repair the one nail, as it had started peeling on day three. In a very rude tone, he told me he could do it but I'd have to wait for all these others in front of me. I was completely fine waiting, but why did he have to say it like that? Then a very nice lady and her daughter, who heard that, told him I could go in front of them bc I just had a three minute nail repair....but he shriveled up his nose, looked at me, looked back at them, and shook his head no! I thanked the lady for offering. Sammy seemed to snidely take great content in the fact that he was purposefully making my three minute quick repair wait, (gel nails peel right off, then you reapply polish 2-3 times, and it was only one quick nail that needed it) apparently he was embarrassed or mad that a nail job he did on me had a slight flaw, and God forbid I'd ask him to fix it. As I sat and waited, another lady came in (who later told me she'd been a regular there for FOUR years) and she checked that she had an appt. Sammy tried to argue with her and said she didn't have an appointment. She seemed very sweet and diplomatically reminded him that she'd called TWO times that day and spoken with him. He then told her, and I quote, "you can go somewhere else if you like". She was flabbergasted! As she left, I told her "I don't blame you for leaving", and I described my own situation to her. I told her I was getting my nail repaired and NEVER coming back. That's when she told me she'd been coming there four years. Sammy is SO rude to his customers. Even when given a chance to get me in quicker, he made a three minute nail repair wait almost FIFTY minutes. After the appointment lady left very upset, he audibly made a comment to the customer he was working on "she wrote down she had appointment but she didn't have one...that's not right". Sammy lost two customers in a span of 30 minutes yesterday. I will never return. read more

My mother and I went here for pedicures last week. I used to run a spa so I am more than aware of whether they are following sanitary protocols. They most definitely do not! To remove the dry skin on the bottom of my feet she used what looked like a cheese grater!!! She was not paying much attention and went way to deep. Now it is painful to walk on my heels three days later! I am worried that since they were not using sanitary practices that I will end up with some kind of infection. I will NEVER be back! read more

My sister was in town visiting. We wanted pedicures and this was the closest nail salon. We walked in and my sister asked asked for three because her niece was with us. The woman was NOT friendly and talked her out of getting her daughter a gel mani/pedi because of the price. Its weird that they were concerned with us not wanting to pay that much. Though it was too expensive for what we got I wondered if they dealt with people arguing with them about prices because they were on the defense about it. I got a gel pedicure. A different woman did mine and she said nothing to me other than to get frustrated because I didn't know what she wanted me to do with my feet. I haven't had a pedicure in years, I don't know her routine. She and the guy doing my sisters feet talked in Vietnamese and though I don't know the language, I sensed they were not happy with us coming in at 6:30 PM even though they don't close until 7:30. They were just not friendly at all and my feet are not soft. She didn't scrub them much, it was all very brief and rushed. I paid a lot for bad rude customer service and low quality work. read more
