My journey with Dr. Seini Dental office started when she noticed my veeners that I love. She did not do them but noticed them since they were different from my previous teeth. I have known her for quite sometime. I lived in LA before so I would have definitely trusted her to do them but at that time I was distant and had not seen her for a long time. I did however get a great deal on my veneers but unfortunately they ended up costing me some problems. I wish I could have gone to a great dentist who knows bites and cosmetics. I did visit her because I wanted my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. SEINI removed my wisdom teeth very well, the process was so fast and easy! She was super ethical she would not take them out, said they're fine in my mouth. I pleaded with her to take them out so we did. She gave me a fantastic price to remove them. I did not have to wait long and she even did for me on a weekend. When I arrived she told me every complication and consideration. She told me this was the fast way to do it under nitrous oxide gas. She said that she would suggest this because getting put under runs risk and also cost a lot of money. She also told me I did not need to remove the bottom ones. She was trying to save me money. I was so appreciated that she wanted to do the minimal amount of work to save me money. She did the surgery in only a few minutes!! She is so skilled and I felt almost nothing, it was done with with a little pressure. The post op was fabulous the nitrous gas wore off in 5-10 minutes and I felt fine. After the numbness wore off I was just a bit sore. I returned to work the next day. Dr. Seini noticed on my veeners that the doctor should not have done veneers on my back teeth. She knows exactly what shes doing. I am happy Dr. Seini runs a small modest practice in Orange. She keeps the fees reasonable and doesn't push the treatment. She went to UCSF and that is one of the best dental schools in the country. I trust her upmost and would recommend her to all my friend and family. She is definitely a gem 5 stars!!!!!!! read more

Where do I begin? I guess I can start by saying that my experience at Dr. Seini's office was the best I've had at a dental office. I've very recently moved to the city of Orange from LA and called in because I had broken a molar. They were kind enough to see me the same day and even stay late to finish since I was in need of a porcelain crown. Marcy was very sweet and cheerful at the front desk and very helpful and knowledgeable later on when it came time to discuss payment options. Also, Briana was a great assistant to Dr. Seini. She was very humorous and made my time there quite entertaining. She made it feel as though we had been friends forever. Definitely a very pleasant and helpful gal. As far as the procedure itself, I was very thankful to Dr. Seini for making it the most comfortable experience possible. I have had issues with previous dentists because I have a very high tolerance for lidocaine. In those past experiences, I have been in pain throughout the entire procedure because I was not given enough lidocaine. Dr. Seini was kind and understanding of my request and administered all the numbing shots I needed. And what a difference that made! I love this office ! I recently got 4 crowns on upper front teeth ! And I'm so happy with them I couldn't say more of how smooth my appointment went , dr Seini will took me step by step with the process . I was fully numb did not feel anything one bit ! She's just a great dentist very detailed oriented made me feel like family . I'm a nervous wreck when I go to the dentist and shes so reassuring that everything will go smooth and all the work she has done for me has been so great ! Her office staff is so wonderful Shan always keeps me on top of my appointments with my reminders and assistants with their great advice on showing how to floss the right way . Last week I was in pain do to a wisdom tooth I tried to just put up with the pain and work through it . But on weds the pain got to be pretty bad my father said look you gotta get in . I have a appointment set up just come with me and we will see if we can get you in . I was nervous because all past dentist visits I've had there was always a lot of pain and got overcharged it seems . As soon as I stepped in to the office and met Dr Samira Sieni and her staff you can tell there super nice and just wanna take care off you kinda like family . They were able to see me at the same time as my father and handled my 4 wisdom extraction 2 cavities and a deep cleaning . Before I went in i was watching you tube videos about wisdom teeth and removal and thought this is gonna hurt.. But guess what there was very little pain Dr Sieni saw I was a lil nervous and just walked me right through it she was very professional and had excellent interaction with her clients I noticed I will definitely be referring her and will be back if I have any dental issues in the future .. Dr Seini did my Invisalign and veneers. I started the Invisalign process by taking molds and photos at the office. It only took about 30 minutes. Three weeks later I got my first alingers I wear each one for two weeks. The teeth movement lasted one year it was great. My teeth where straight and my gums started to get more healthy due to less plaque build up. I was very satisfied with the result. It was exactly what I wanted. I first wanted veneers but the doctor suggested I do this first. I still wanted 4 veneers done after to replace my crown in the front. Another dentist put a crown with porcelain and metal the crown was replaced with metal free one. You can't even tell my front teeth have crowns and veneers the work she does is really natural. I love the work and recommend her. She takes insurance and takes payments plans. Her prices are reasonable and hours are flexible. Did I mention she is also super gentle!!!!!!! Samira is not only a terrible dentist, but a terrible human being. I went to her for a consultation when I was 18 or 19 and she took advantage of me being a teenager and not knowing a lot. She LIED to me, and told me I needed to have a procedure done right away. When I tried to say that I'd rather leave instead of going ahead with her "mandatory procedure" she freaked out. I got upset at the whole situation and she told me the "consultation" would be free of charge. I went to rate her on yelp and when she saw my rating she proceeded to bill me! Turns out she pays people to leave her 5 star reviews and so if she sees a negative review she will do everything in her power to silence that person. She told me she would only withdraw the bill if I withdrew my review. Now it's been years and I'm back to let everyone know who this woman truly is read more

I just started with Dr. Seini and am grateful to have found her!!! The last dentist I went to in Brea was terrible and therefore scared me off of going to the dentist for a while. I went to Dr. Seine for a really bad toothache. She confirmed I needed root canal. I was very nervous about it, kind of freaked myself out about it, but I have had ZERO discomfort! She is so gentle and she and her staff do all they can to make you feel comfortable. They are also great about setting up payment plans...no hard sell like other dentist offices do. The staff was very friendly and professional in addition to having protocols in place that made the entire experience feel very safe. This is one of my first reviews on Yelp. I'm not one for making the time usually, but because of my experience I felt compelled. I had broken a molar and I was surprised (and pleased) to find that her office was actually open on a Sunday! I have to admit, I'm not a big fan of dentists, but only because I generally feel a bit uncomfortable through the whole experience. A good friend of mine recommended Dr. Seini, as dentist go I have never really had a great experience until now. Dr. Seini and her staff are amazing, I have avoided the dentist for far too long and the result of that was cavities, an extraction needed and crowns. When my tooth was extracted I was prepared to be in pain for at least 2 days, not the case this time I felt very little pain, had virtually no swelling and no pain the following days. My root canal was painless and I was expecting to be climbing the walls! All in all I have a new dentist that I will be recommending to anyone who needs a good dentist. I found my favorite dentist and will recommend her to everyone I know ,I saw her advertisement on I-pads in social dry lounge irvine when I was getting my hair done. I called to make an appointment for the same day and they had no opening and that was the only day I could go because I was traveling the next day ,5 minutes after I hung up the Dr. herself called me and said she will stay for me after hours. I had bad experience with dentist but DR SEINI is amazing. I got my implants done with her. She is so great that people think my teeth are veneers she sent me fir CT image then her gum specialist placed implants. I had temporarily teeth I wore while teeth where healing and I felt amazing the implants where painless and at great price for specialist that comes into her office to place.
