Outstanding, reputable company. I just had a new furnace installed. The unit works great. From my first contact with their inspection representative Javi, to Jeff, the sales representative, to the installation team of Chris, Martin, and Alexas I couldn't be more pleased. Jeff presented the options regarding my heating and AC requirements in a manner without pressure. He also provided me with easy options as to payment. I strongly recommend this company and their great staff for all heating and AC requirements. read more

Earlier this year I needed to have LG HVAC system serviced, where I live. I went to the local Home Depot to ask for help in finding a reputable company. The tech mentioned that he hadn't worked with LG. He cleaned both, the downstairs & upstairs units and it only cost me $200. read more

I wanted to amend my previous review for Same Day HVAC, as I finally remembered our project consultant's name. How could I forget Larisa, as she only called, texted, and emailed us about 10 times!?! You were incredible and again I apologoze for my senior moment. read more

These guys are awesome. I woke up one morning to a really cold house and the heat not working properly. I sent a message to Same Day and had a response in literally 10 minutes saying they could have someone out to look at my furnace at no charge by the end of the day. Throughout the day they were in constant communication regarding when they would be at my house. Mike showed up and did some basic tshoot and determined it was the gas valve, he didn't have the right valve with him but promised to be back first thing in the AM with the correct part. Mike was at my house first thing the next morning to install the valve. I was really impressed with their communication and professionalism. If you need HVAC work done you can be confident having Next Day on your project. read more

I can not say enough about the Customer Service & Service that I have experienced with Same day Heating & Air Conditioning. First, big Thank You to my favorite Tech. Wyatt! He did not disappoint and became a night in shining armor, saving an elderly lady from a humid 90 degree sweat box of a home. They will be the first and last call I make for service. I find good customer service and quality work hard to find in this day and age. Thanks to all! read more

My AC Unit was turning on/off. The team came the following day to service the unit. It took less than an hour to repair and it's not given me any more problems. Kudos to Donald from Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning. read more

I was lucky enough to get my AC installed before this predicted heat wave this weekend (4Sept20) and it was a great experience. I received notification that the technicians were headed to the house via text and email. They showed up on time both days and were fully COVID compliant. Adrian and Carlos were my technicians on both days and maintained professionalism throughout the installation. They explained things as they were going through and even asked permission before entering the bedrooms. The actual work was done efficiently and looks great installed. They even deconflicted with some work I had done on the outside of the house. AND they cleaned up after themselves well and without prompting. Great install from the team at Same Day!! I'll report back in six months on the install of the AC and how well it's working. ;). Great job overall!!!!! read more

We were in need of an air conditioning unit installed at our new house. After through research we decided to call Same Day Heating and Air. And I'm glad we did. We got the quote we expected plus the 12 year parts and labor was definitely a plus! A week later Tech's Troy and Adrian came out and installed our A/C in one day. These guys were on top of it. They showed up on time, were professional, got the job done and then cleaned up the place like they weren't even there. Top notch company. read more

Literally could not have been more RUDE on the phone. Wouldn't even let me speak and then quoted me at $400 for putting the lid back on my AC when they originally said it would be $99. Scammy AF read more

I am new to the Chula Vista area. I have been in the asset management business and currently do home loan mortgages, but my vendor contacts are all in the LA County area, so i had to search for s company and hope for the best. What I most appreciated about their services was punctuality, friendliness, professionalism and most importantly not trying to sell up. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends. I will utilize them for annual maintenance check ups and any future needs. It is so uplifting to have found a genuinely honest company and technicians to have in my home, especially during a pandemic read more

I highly recommend Same Day Heating & AC. Fast service, good deal, and quality product. And thank you Jose and Jeff for installing our mini split in our home today! We're so happy to have AC!! read more

Got referred to Same Day from Home Depot, and liked their professionalism during the quoting process, so proceeded to go with them for an AC install. Install process was pretty smooth and huge shout out to Greg and Bruce for the install job (primarily the reason I am not giving even less stars). It took a day longer for the install, but totally understandable as unforseen things can happen. Everything after the install was a nightmare. I was left with 4-5 large holes in my drywall and a metal cover over on the outside of the house that needed to be patched/painted. They reassured me that they partner with another company to do this. It took weeks to get this said "company" to set an appointment time. One evening they called me at 5pm to ask when is the latest they could come to do the job which takes 2-3 hours, a bit absurd. After many attempts to try to schedule a time (what a normal business would do), they called me out of the blue to say they will be there in an hour. I was on a plane, and had to get my partner to coordinate going home to meet them so they can FINALLY do the job. Let's say we were less than impressed - from having to ask to take their shoes off, to leaving their equipment at the house, to having to come back to re-do certain spots - it was a nightmare that continued for over 3 weeks. At some point they just came with 30mins notice to do the outside painting portion and entered our yard without us being home... since it is totally not reasonable to think we can be home in 30mins notice. I expected for a company like Same Day to partner with better companies for this part of job and it ruined my whole experience. read more

I was very pleased with the service. All the workers were polite and professional finishing the job in timely fashion. I would highly recommend Anthony Albanese since he was helpful, pleasant, and very cordial. read more

Andrew came to our home to look at our HVAC system and we were so impressed with his service, knowledge, and honesty. He gave us our options explaining in detail each of them. He arrived on time and communicated in a way that didn't make us as layman feel stupid. Thank you Andrew. read more

AC went out. Scheduled a same day appointment with a guarantee they would come out the same day. I have babies and this was during a heat wave. Called back at 6pm and the order was just canceled and was told next available appointment was 5 days away. They use a 3rd party for scheduling which is terrible. read more

Amazing experience! We went through Home Depot and were able to get 24 months 0% financing and this was the company they use. We had the estimate on Friday and the install was done on Monday and Tuesday. The price was what I expected but lower than what my husband expected. Bruce and Carlos were wonderful. They had to do extra work to get the old furnace out and the new one in and they explained in detail everything they did and why they did it. We love our new HVAC system and got it just in time. The hot weather is on its way! I would recommend this company to everyone! read more

This is the used car sales of the HVAC industry. From the moment they arrived it was all about "earning my business" and trying to get me to commit to an install date before we had even talked about what I wanted done. Our install estimator was friendly but spent so much time on the phone asking his boss questions I'm not sure he even knew anything about HVAC. He was a salesman through and through. In the end they were the second highest quote that we received but that was only after 30 minutes of the cheesiest good cop/bad cop routine I've ever been subjected to. It was something out of a sitcom, where they tried to wow me by quoting me high and then "generously" knocking down the price to what it was always going to be anyways. On top of all this, they have several highly advertised selling points that, once you try to use them, turn it to be smoke and mirrors. First off, they have a 12 years warranty on parts and labor that is provided at $0 additional cost, which would be the best warranty out there if it were true. However, the price for the warranty is rolled into the rest of the install, a fact you find out when your try and get them to honor their "90 day best price guarantee on apples to apples systems". After sending over multiple quotes and attempting to haggle, their sales manager admitted that the reason their systems are so expensive is because of their 12 year warranty. Because of that, any quote you try to get them to price match must not only be the same size and include the exact itemized details as the Same Day quote but has to have the same warranty attached to it. (Most installers only offer 1-2 years on labor and 10 years on parts). They have a myriad of other "guarantees and promise" but if they can't honor these two, I have no faith in any of the others. The only reason for 2 stars is that they do stock high end equipment and their quote was incredibly thorough. Otherwise save your time and money and go somewhere that doesn't treat you like walking payday. read more

Had my air go out so I posted a conversation on heating and air conditioning projects. Same day heating and Air conditioning were the first company to respond. I set up a same day diagnostic which was awesome because we were going through a warm spell. My technician Rich gave me a heads up call to let me know he was on his way and showed up right on time. Rich was polite and professional, he went through what his visit would entail. Rich was able to find what went wrong with my AC unit and was able to fix it in a very short amount of time. The price was reasonable and the service was fast and professional. Hopefully my AC won't fail me again but if it does I'll call Same day heating and air conditioning read more

Very EXCELLENT customer service. We had a problem with our heater which was only 2 yrs old and another company had installed it in which was not producing any heat. The company customer service really sucks and we had to find another company to assist. Jim from Same Day had stepped up with his company to assist us in getting some heat in our home. The technician was very knowledgeable and willing to help get us running as we had our grand daughter who was sick and teething. This company had bend over backwards to get us up and running. Thanks to all who were involved in getting our heater going. Mel and Candice read more

Exceptional service. Booked through Home Depot to give me a second opinion on my HVAC issue. My original installer no longer is in the AC business and the company I hired to assess my system didn't do much except tell me I have a leak. No troubleshooting or diagnostics. Just a simple look at my refrigerant pressures then costs to go further. SAME DAY sent Erick and Reyez out. Fantastic pair of technicians! Conducted a thorough diagnostic of my system, walked me through each step of their analysis, determined that I had a very small leak and presented me with their recommendation for repair. That's how it's supposed to be done. Gave me a veteran discount as well!! Highly recommend SAME DAY and Erick and Reyez. read more

I had Sean come out here to diagnose our AC. The service was fantastic! Their window to come by was 2-4pm and he showed up at around 2, he diagnosed the problem within the hour and detected a small leak, recharged the refrigerant and so far it works like new. Ended up getting hooked up with a military discount as well which is a plus. Very friendly and down to earth guy, thank you Sean read more

Our AC unit stopped working and I am very happy we chose this company. I especially appreciated the technician that came - Erick L. Not only was he great at communicating his schedule, he was very professional, and what set him apart from other technicians is he actually took the time to show and teach my husband and I what was wrong with our unit. He was very patient in answering our questions. He was able to repair our unit quickly and gave us his honest feedback on our options. Had a great guy named Tom come stop by and fix our wall furnace. He was quick, thorough, courteous, and very funny, too--it's one thing to just be good at your job, it's another to be good at your job and have a good personality and delight customers. They sent Tom right away, and overall we had a great experience! Would recommend to anyone who needs a quick but efficient job taken care of with good customer service. Thanks again, Tom! read more

Looking to install an A/C unit and replace the old furnace in my house, I received three quotes from three different vendors. Justin from Same Day came out and gave me a quote right away after going through the property and talking to us. Even though his quote was higher than the others, I decided to go with Justin because his company seemed most reliable. I'm glad I made the choice. The installation crew of four technicians came out and diligently completed the work to my satisfaction within one day. They even moved the A/C unit to another location along the wall after the installation which required them to come back out on another day and re-do the wiring and the ducting. I am more than satisfied and plan on using them for future maintenance and replacements. I highly recommend this company. read more

An outstanding organization. From the first day when we met Anthony (Technician and for lack of a better description, a Sales Representative for the company) the dealings with Same Day Heating & Air Conditioning was professional and enjoyable. They worked with us to come up with a proposal that we liked and we were able to move forward with. We especially liked Anthony's proposals. I say proposals because they were broken down into three different options and specifically spelled out clearly what each respective proposal provided (to add, much better that the four other estimates that I received from different companies). Plus, Anthony worked with us regarding getting the price to an amount that we liked. The other part of this experience we especially liked was the installation teams professional installation performance and friendly / courteous attitude. Dave and Josh (Sorry I don't know their last names) worked with us through out the installation process and made the installation period an experience that we actually enjoyed. Having to deal with contractors in your house is not always a pleasant experience, especially during this COVID pandemic period. Dave and Josh were always courteous, conscious of the requirements dealing with COVID and kept their working areas clean and protected while they worked in our home. Plus at the end of each day, they make a conscious effort to ensure all messes were cleaned up. Overall a pleasant experience and bottom line, ending with a quality heating and air conditioning (HVAC) product. To add. I want to especially say that Same Day was especially professional and accommodating regarding a couple discrepancies that were identified later on. For one, my wife didn't like the unit's thermostat that was originally installed and she found one on Amazon that she preferred. Same Day obtained that thermostat and installed it at no additional cost. Plus there were a couple minor installation discrepancies that was identified by the City Permit Inspector. Again, Same Day resolved these items quickly and at no cost. The Technicians (Sean and Joseph) that took care of these items were excellent, friendly and very professional. You may be thinking that this is a negative thing that they missed these items. I say not, it was resolved quickly, professionally and at not cost. I really appreciate this fact and it was accomplished (identified) via a 2nd subcontracted company that double checked the final product. One last commit. I want to add, that when Sean came out to correct some of the minor discrepancies, he thought he smelled gas. I did not. However, Sean was persistent, checking throughout the unit with his "sensor" test equipment. He finally did find a small leak. It was difficult to find and very difficult to correct, but he did it. This was extremely import to us and I really appreciate the effort of Sean to find and correct this issue. Thank you Sean!!!! Good Job and Thank You Same Day! By the way, "Rock Chock KU!" read more

Unprofessional and lacks any knowledge of heating systems. They didn't even know the difference between central heating and wall units.

I highly recommend this company. I hired them to do yearly furnace maintenance on my 2 units.
