I told the lady there I will think about it with the plan of never ever going back. I proceeded to Sparkle Cleaners and they charge me $9 something (see picture of receipt). In this situation, they lost one of my items. When I went in to pick up my clothes the first time, they told me that one if my items wasn't back yet and I would need to return. It wasn't until the second time I went that they explained what had happened. This is a risk in the way that the business is run, I get it. What bothers me is how they handled the situation. I needed to follow up with them. They didn't offer any compensation for the delay (or loss of item). Even after I provided them my information, it was up to me to follow up with them. It your business is to be the middle person for someone else's work, then I think customer service should be your top priority. Feels like they have lost their way here.
