I asked for cleaning service and let him know I am looking for a service every other week and hoped they will do good job to get a client. I was wrong. First, he ignored my question twice when I asked how many people will come. When he arrived alone, I asked if another person will come , and he said today is their day off and he will clean without helpers. Well, I asked you twice a day before and I did not ask you to come on that particular day, you offered me that day. You had only 2-2.5 hours to clean my house alone ? Seriously? So he started upstairs and I was sitting downstairs, I do not want and do not like to control cleaning people. I hire them and they should know HOW to clean, right? When he was done upstairs ... he vacuumed in kid's room without moving floor lamp, small box of LEGO , nothing. He just vacuumed around... all dust on bookshelves was there , no wet cloth was used .. in the bathroom upstairs he wiped the glass doors but not cleaned as it supposed to be cleaned. Dining area ... he wiped floors AROUND the dining table without moving the chairs. And I can continue this list. I was shocked. Never had such a bad cleaners before. When he already left I found out he did not even touch microwave above the stove, neither stove was cleaned. I texted him to his phone and via yelp messenger about my unsatisfactory and he never replied. I was waiting for 2 weeks for his reply before posting this review... I really doubt these good reviews are not from friends and family. AVOID this company, they do terrible job. 2 hours for $125 for one person 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom. And he was rushing to leave ... The house is a 3-story 3 bed, 3 bath condo that is about 1,600 sqft. We were able to agree on a time and a cost estimate. However, first he tried to reschedule at the last minute which made things difficult for me. Next, he and his Team did not really perform a deep clean. None of the windowsills were wiped for dust; the floor had dirt and dust in the corners; the kitchen island was not cleaned; and the refrigerator was not cleaned very well. He and his team also complained about how hard the cleaning was during most of their time here. Finally, he refused to sweep and clean the garage unless we paid him an additional $50. We refused. I cannot say Roberto and his team were terrible. They did a mediocre job, but this certainly cannot be considered a deep clean and we were disappointed at how much they complained and tried to push us for more money. I am frankly very surprised that anyone would give them 5-stars. I wish Roberto and his Team the very best, but would not recommend them. I recommend going with a trusted service like Handy. They are much more professional, do a much better job, and they actually cost less.

I regularly clean my home. Just the basics, yes, but I am a clean person. I called this company requesting a deep cleaning. I was dissatisfied with the first round. They did not vacuum, there were areas that went untouched. They came back the next day and still I had to go back and clean over what they supposedly cleaned. I would have been okay with the result had it just been a regular cleaning, but I requested a deep clean. We discussed expectations. The following week, the manager or whoever gets into a nasty text confrontation. How incredibly unprofessional. She starts putting blame on us instead of openly discussing what the issue was. She basically just brushed us off. We then get the bill and they wrote the same nasty remarks, putting blame again on the customer. When you are being paid for a service, you are not doing a favor. There are other companies out there that would NEVER tolerate the that level unprofessionalism. I almost forgive not "deep cleaning." There could have been miscommunication. However I will not tolerate being spoken to in such a way. Really insulting and pretty crazy to get into it over text. I felt like I was in high school. Never using this company again.
