Best carpet cleaning experience ever!!…read more I have a small two bed room apt covered with carpet. Due to the fact that my two little kids (1yr and 3yr old) spend A LOT OF time on the carpet each day, I am very careful and want to make sure my carpet is as clean as possible. I usually have my carpet deep cleaned every 3-4 months. I tried a couple of companies before, the big ones and the small ones, but noticed that the carpet looked dirty again quite quickly. I cannot help wonder if they did the cleaning thoroughly. This time, I tried All NATURAL CARPET CLEANING. And you know what, I cannot be happier with their service. Isaac came right on time. He set up the equipment carefully and made sure my furniture and walls would not be scratched. He really spent time and worked hard on it (nearly 3 hours), pretreating the carpet, spot cleaning, steam cleaning each area back and forth multi times with a lot of detailed work. I remember other companies usually just steam cleaned the area twice max. I am very satisfied with the job he did and it is not expensive at all. I would highly recommend him to every of my friends. Almost forget, the best of it-- it is ORGANIC! So no harmful chemicals to my kids. Love Love it!

Second, after he finished his job, the carpet was not clean and still had stains on. The worse thing was the guy indicated charging me more money than the price that we discussed on the phone with his supervisor. When I showed my dissatisfaction with the carpet's cleanness, the guy declared the price was different if he helped removing the stains. So why I hadn't known at the first place. If they said so, I would never hair the company. Although he still cleaned it without charging extra money, I have got so upset about all the flurries spending so much time arguing with him about his work. What a bad experience!

We usually use Stanley Steemer and wanted to change things up and try a different service for…read morecomparison. Saw the Groupon and paid for the multi level option. Stairs were extra, with 2 flights of stairs (30 steps total $3/step) totaling $160. Overall the carpet was in good condition prior not in need of deep cleaning. We received a confirmation text earlier in the morning which was good. After the service, at first glance the carpet was clean. However, we were informed that the inner walls of the stairs would be cleaned (the vertical side), which were not. Compare to other services which also instruct it takes x number of hours for the carpet to dry, the previous services left the carpet a lot drier. Think dampness vs spongy. We did put out fans but since prolonged carpet wetness can be a serious concern we got out the dry vac and worked on the carpet for a long time after. Towards the end of the service the last few stairs was gone over very briefly and stains remained. After a few hours we noticed wherever there were turns the edges were dirty from the hoses being pulled. Unfortunately we don't have touch up paint left so we usually try to be meticulous in avoiding staining the walls. There was a disregard for the walls. One of the workers walked in with boots and there was mud on it. Even though the carpet will be cleaned there should be more respect for people's homes. Folks were friendly, we simply want to share our experience in case some other people care about the same things that we do.
