Personally, I don't have any major health issues, so it's not a big deal if I don't see the same doctor for every visit. However, it's frustrating when I get asked about my condition from previous visits because I'm seeing a different doctor. Not saying it's not relevant for them to ask but there's lack of knowledge built from having an existing relationship with your patient. I could easily just go to another clinic and it wouldn't make a difference. On top of that, the office staff are not friendly and it's so off-putting interacting with them.
