What stood out to me was how spacious and aesthetically pleasing the studio is. It gives total "Pilates princess" vibes, and the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. With about 12 reformers, the class size feels intimate, and the instructors do a great job walking around to help correct form and technique. The upbeat, popular music they play adds a motivating energy that makes those tough exercises more bearable! Plus, the reformers are wiped down after each class, and the calming scent in the studio is such a nice touch. What really sets this studio apart from others is that they also offer weight training and HIIT classes which is located next door. If you're looking to mix things up with other forms of exercise, this is the perfect place to do it! Classes are booked through their app, where you can even select your preferred spot. That said, it's a good idea to arrive about 10 minutes early to secure the spot you want. I'd definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to start or continue their Pilates journey--it's the perfect mix of style, comfort, and variety!

I know this sounds like a lot to ask, but I experience this at my local studio and I was looking for this in the Bay Area when I visit family, so I wanted to believe a studio like this existed up here... AND IT DID--RIGHT HERE!!! I actually really liked the 2fer intro package as it allowed 2 different opportunities to try diff teachers and to see if the 2nd time was equally as good (or worse?) than my 1st visit...and both times were equally exceptional. Both teachers (Jessica, Hannah) asked if I was new as I was not a familiar face and ensured to monitor and assist me throughout the class, and yes they were indeed accountable for their words. The instructors also do a great job managing the room by walking and demo'ing each movement wherever the majority of the class is facing forward. The curriculum itself never felt like a cookie cutter robotic template the instructors were reciting off the top of their head. The pilates exercises were very diverse and we utilized the machine from all possible angles. Lastly I was fortunate to speak w/ one of the owners on the phone before my first visit to get a feel for the studio. He was very friendly and helpful with information to know before my first visit, and it truly helped prepare me to have a positive first visit experience.

I thought the class would be harder since it's been a while since I've last taken a pilates class. Pretty manageable and good a really good stretch in! It is important that I cultivate the Pilates Habit! as I have some fragile bones in my hip, an issue with balance, and for sure poor posture from fifteen years of writing at my computer. I am now conscious of my posture while at the computer, practice expanding my breathing most every day and squeeze my core muscles when I am walking. I find Grace in be a daily presence in my life as she inspires me to practice what she is teaching.. Every time I work with Grace, she is positive, warm, and consistent in teaching exercises to help with my issues. Grace is a great teacher as she can key into what works to help you learn. I have found her to be an amazing Pilates teacher with physical therapy skills. Grace is 100% focused on delivering a service and does not push sessions on you. Each time I take home my list of exercise which help me in my practice. Due to the fact I have deadlines on my book, she has been flexible with my Pilates schedule. Grace is skilled at adding in just enough to improve my routine but does not overdo it. I think Grace is one of the best Pilates teachers in the area and my MD is thrilled I'm making progress with the pain issues. I overdid it weight lifting but am now back to normal thanks to Grace!! The final benefit of working with Grace is that you get to work in a private room and can focus because there aren't other people around. It was a total body workout that targeted muscles I didn't even know existed! The studio itself is quite aesthetic and has great ventilation and AC, which is a huge plus during a challenging session. The experience is quite convenient because there is a parking lot directly in front of the studio. You don't have to worry about a stressful parking hunt before class. However, I am docking one star because the floors and floor mats were noticeably dirty during my visit. While I definitely plan on coming back for the class, I am hoping to see a bit more cleanliness next time.

The studio has been that way since inception, but it's especially important for COVID 19 guidelines when we get to return to meeting in person for sessions. In the meantime, Linda and her crew provide excellent Mat classes with a variety of times available. Every workout is fun and challenging, but not so much that you are super sore and can't move the next day. Linda is a fantastic instructor with very precise cueing and instruction of each exercise. Its a perfect mix of strengthening, balance, and flexibility the Pilates Lane way!

I've previously done various forms of yoga and had always been a little curious about pilates. From my very first appointment it was clear this place is staffed by caring knowledgeable people who are dedicated to meeting you where you are at in order to hit your movement goals. I was very nervous that I'd suddenly find myself in a class lost and pushing my way through, the opposite is true. I've had sessions with their PT and have moved gradually into private lessons. Each step along the way I am gently guided to what I need to do. I've really enjoyed getting to meet all the skilled instructors and staff and I'm really looking forward to my next lesson.

Olivia was thorough and listened to the needs of others who needed accommodations/modifications. She was also super motivated and challenged our class with her workout set. I came out the studio with my whole body quivering! The studio is very bright and allows for so much sunlight which I love. However, there seemed to be a little bit of a light funk of body odor that lingers throughout the place. I hope they find a way to circulate fresh air around the studio to make it a better visit next time!

I recently completed physical therapy for my neck and back and I wanted to get back into doing pilates to work on my core more + continue stretching out my neck and back. I also felt like getting a membership here was cheaper than what I was paying for PT so I feel it's so worth. They had a deal for unlimited classes (31 classes) for $149 I believe, and it's such an amazing offer, especially if you're going to be consistent with going and making use of your credits. The instructors are so lovely and I haven't encountered any issues with anyone there. Stacey and Annie are my favorite instructors. They care so much about your form and your comfort, which I appreciate so so much. I haven't been there long enough yet to experience the other instructors more than once yet, but the experiences I've had have all been wonderful and positive! Some poses were challenging, but she does a great job coaching and keeping the energy up. Then I tried the V2 Reformer + TRX class with Michele--the equipment and Michele really worked us out. We focused a lot on arms, legs, and core, and I definitely felt like I got a solid workout. Both instructors were super nice, and I like the open, airy space in the studio. Everything is super clean and well-organized. Each station is fully stocked. The instructor lets you know what items you'll need for class but they also have a wall chart that shows what equipment will be used for the class. They have cubbies for your stuff, and don't forget to bring grip socks! Also, I found parking right in front of the studio--super convenient. Looking forward to my next class!
