I've seen this gym for a while now as it was on my route driving home from work. Called them up and left a message. The process was simple, show up and sign up for a trial membership. I took them up and signed up, and attended my first class on the spot. No regrets, show up, put in the work and feel the gains. Unfortunately due to a nagging ankle injury I had to stop. During the workouts the coaches were knowledgable and worked closely with everyone in the class. Lots of encouragement and motivation. The other members were engaging if you spoke to them and at the end high fives all around. Once I heal up, I am definitely going back. I found them on yelp and after a work related injury in 2020 I was a bit intimidated to go in at first because my injury easily flares up. But they are so attentive to my injury. They've helped me safely get back into a workout routine while positively pushing me to do more without causing any set backs. I started with Elite Spartans last year right before I found out I was pregnant and decided to stick with it during my entire pregnancy including this 38th week. The support of the Elite Spartans team has played a big part in my very healthy and strong pregnancy. I was even able to body recomp these last 10 months which I never knew would be possible. Every trainer has been encouraging and friendly. They are all extremely knowledgeable and hands on. They have helped me modify my workouts in the third trimester to accommodate my restrictions. Joining Elite Spartans was one of the best life choices I've made so far this year. In April, my wife and I were looking for a gym for us to join and to focus on our fitness goals together. We have been more than happy with our Elite Spartan Experience and been in the best shape of our lives. I love the flexible bootcamp and weight lifting classes available every day. There are morning classes for all the morning people, evening classes for all the evening people, and some noon classes for quick lunch beatdown. The coaches always switch it up so the classes are always fun and exciting. All the elite coaches are so down to earth, attentive, and very welcoming. I've never been to a gym where people actually knew my name, so this is pretty cool. The coaches are always available to answer questions, provide tips, and help us focus on correct form so we don't injure ourselves! My experience was mostly good, and the trainers here clearly care- however, I received a $25 no show fee for a class I have no recollection of booking (at 4pm during my work hours). If I had missed a class on purpose, I would find no fault with this, but I didn't even know I was signed up until I saw the fee hours later. I was told my case would be reviewed, but I received no response to the actual details of the situation and rather a very general response. The best decision I've made in years was to join Elite Spartans. This is a gym focused on workout classes and personal training, rather than being for open use. The space is small, with only a single class and some personal training happening at any given time. The classes are small to medium depending on the day, with about 12 - 15 people on average. The folks in the class range in fitness level, age, gender, and gym experience, which makes it very approachable for someone like me who is just getting started. It's been years since I've worked out at a gym, and I had never done weight training before (they also have bootcamp HIIT classes), so I was a bit nervous when I started. That feeling quickly went away with my first class. The trainer was encouraging, and the other members were supportive and friendly. Everyone puts in their best effort with each exercise. Seeing that really motivates you to push hard too. That feeling of all being in it together is what makes it so amazing. At the end of the class folks often provide supportive comments or fist-bumps, and welcome new members if it's their first workout. The staff is also awesome. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, positive, and very motivating. People know your name, smile when you come in, encourage you during the workouts, and give just the right amount of attention and support to keep you going. Physically I've become much stronger in just a few months. I feel better, and have eliminated persistent back pain that I've had for years. I love this gym.
