I joined Elite Spartans about 3 years ago to combat the Dad bod that came with a couple of amazing kids and a stressful desk job. It has been one of the best decisions of my life and I love feeling strong and fit again. I wish I would've started sooner. The facility is clean and well laid out to support a variety of classes as well as personal training. The staff is extremely friendly, supportive, and do an amazing job of customizing workouts with consistent variety! I haven't repeated the same circuit once! Check out Elite Spartans! You won't be disappointed! read more

The Personal Training program has been an integral part of my wellness reset. As a working mom of 3 with a very busy schedule, it had been a very long time since I had invested in my own health. The team of trainers I've worked with over the last 6 months have personalized my training with great intentionality. I am very happy with the strength I've developed. Not only do I feel better physically, but it's also been a great way to care for my mental health. The team is skilled at what they do and have created a welcoming community to be a part of. I joined Elite Spartans back in March because I was looking to incorporate more strength training in my workouts as someone who had focused mostly on cardio in the past. The schedule is great, offering various time slots in the morning and evening, which fit really well with my schedule. Each trainer has their own style that they bring to their classes, which keeps things interesting. The classes are challenging in a good way and they fly by. Thank you Elite Spartans team for being awesome, supportive, and creating a positive environment to workout in. I've seen this gym for a while now as it was on my route driving home from work. Called them up and left a message. The process was simple, show up and sign up for a trial membership. I took them up and signed up, and attended my first class on the spot. No regrets, show up, put in the work and feel the gains. Unfortunately due to a nagging ankle injury I had to stop. During the workouts the coaches were knowledgable and worked closely with everyone in the class. Lots of encouragement and motivation. The other members were engaging if you spoke to them and at the end high fives all around. Once I heal up, I am definitely going back. For those looking to show up and get a solid butt kicking workout in, I highly recommend it. Solid staff all around, very friendly and direct on membership fees and cancellation policy. read more

I found them on yelp and after a work related injury in 2020 I was a bit intimidated to go in at first because my injury easily flares up. But they are so attentive to my injury. They've helped me safely get back into a workout routine while positively pushing me to do more without causing any set backs. I've learned so much about proper form, lifting techniques and how to safely push myself. Ok.. I've been coming here for 7 years now. That alone tells me this is long overdue. I've always had gym memberships, but this one is different. They run classes throughout the day and do personal training. The best part for me is you just show up, work your a$$ off, and you're in and out in 45 minutes. There's accountability you won't find anywhere else with staff and with clients. They get to know you personally as well. I'd definitely recommend Elite Spartans to anyone. read more

I've been a member at Elite Spartans for the past couple of years. I have primarily limited myself to (and enjoyed) their boot camp and weightlifting group classes, but recently had the opportunity to participate in a personal training session. While I had previously been intimidated by the idea on working so closely (individually) with one trainer, I really enjoyed it! My trainer was as supportive as could be, offering positive encouragement along the way. The personal attention encouraged me to work harder than I typically would have, and I ended up really enjoying the session. I highly recommend Elite Spartans. read more

Victoria and Michelle are the best! Not only do they ensure sessions are tailored to you, but they push you to do more than you can. As someone who is uncomfortable in the gym, I have gained strength and confidence in the gym because of them. They are always open to changing things up. They ensure that I am doing the best I can at any given time. The rest of the staff is extremely helpful as well. In fact, from the front desk to the owner, they take the time to learn know your name, know your history, and encourage and cheer on your success. You're not just a cog or another gym-goer here. Really great gym to workout in, especially for private lessons. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I went there for the first time yesterday morning and it was AWESOME! The class went by so quickly and I got a REALLY good workout. While the trainers do encourage to go at your own pace, they also are supportive of improvement. I WILL be back!! read more

I started with Elite Spartans last year right before I found out I was pregnant and decided to stick with it during my entire pregnancy including this 38th week. The support of the Elite Spartans team has played a big part in my very healthy and strong pregnancy. I was even able to body recomp these last 10 months which I never knew would be possible. Every trainer has been encouraging and friendly. They are all extremely knowledgeable and hands on. They have helped me modify my workouts in the third trimester to accommodate my restrictions. They always make it a fun and accepting environment for anyone whether you're new to fitness or consider yourself a true athlete, you will fit in! All trainers are amazing but shout out to my girls Deanna and Michelle for the much needed support and laughs to keep me going. Also to the owner who is so personable and friendly and loves to connect with his clients! read more

Joining Elite Spartans was one of the best life choices I've made so far this year. In April, my wife and I were looking for a gym for us to join and to focus on our fitness goals together. We have been more than happy with our Elite Spartan Experience and been in the best shape of our lives. I love the flexible bootcamp and weight lifting classes available every day. There are morning classes for all the morning people, evening classes for all the evening people, and some noon classes for quick lunch beatdown. The coaches always switch it up so the classes are always fun and exciting. All the elite coaches are so down to earth, attentive, and very welcoming. I've never been to a gym where people actually knew my name, so this is pretty cool. The coaches are always available to answer questions, provide tips, and help us focus on correct form so we don't injure ourselves! Hao, Victoria, Karina, Elana, Nico, Neen, Dom, and Frank are all all-stars and I look forward to every beatdown! read more

I've been going here for a couple of years and I promise it's the best workout gym ever. I work a lot and I'm a single parent, so I don't have time to be in the gym for 3 hours. Their 45 minute classes are get to the point, ass kicking workout so you can go about your day. Pricing is fair. I think it's worth the workout classes and drastic change. Would recommend this place to everyone looking to really see changes in their body and get into real shape. read more

I just passed two years with Elite Spartans and couldn't be happier with my time spent there each week.
