    F45 Branham Park Awesomeness

The absolute BEST workout you will ever have! I started F45 Branham Park in September 2021 & was immediately blown away by how fun & challenging the workouts were. I had gone to several other gyms & had tried other workouts, but F45 Branham Park is vastly different in so many ways. The entire staff is so friendly, professional, engaging & supportive. Every coach truly knows what they are doing, cares about each individual & helps everyone according to their fitness needs & goals. The people who work out at F45 are also the most encouraging & enthusiastic workout partners I have ever had! Everyone cheers each other on, gives "shout-outs" to each other & always lifts up the people around them. We all meet together outside of the gym for super fun social events & just to hang out. This is the most unique & wonderful group of people I have been met! Together we call ourselves "our Fit Fam". If you're looking for the best workouts with the most fantastic coaching & awesome workout partners, I highly recommend F45 Branham Park! Come join us! Review by: Jennifer Turk

I have been nothing but impressed with the studio workouts, staff and members. The owner has done a phenomenal job to ensure everyone's safety while creating a work out in a clean/sanitized and social distant environment. Love the difference between cardio and strength days. Highly recommend F45 especially at the Branham park location...you won't regret it!!!

F45 BP is the place to be at if you are looking to work up a sweat! It's not like any ordinary gym, the team of coaches go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and guide you through the exercises. For someone who doesn't like to run on pavement, the classes get me moving and my heart rate up with a smile still on my face during the different style of classes. :)

    Gym besties.

More spacious than other f45 locations with high ceilings. So more ventilation and less adjustment even with a crowded setup.

Anyway, there are three key things for me when it comes to a gym. First is cleanliness, second is shower facilities, third is equipment. AVAC is a relatively small gym and I tend to go at off hours. This means not many people, so thankfully it's very clean inside. If you think about a 24 Hour Fitness or similar, they have hundreds of people constantly working out, there's no way to uphold hygiene standards. AVAC, despite being small, has frequent cleanings happening, which is nice. The showers at AVAC are... okay. On the plus side, they provide towels, which is a dealbreaker for me. Who wants to bring their own towel to a gym? So that's a big convenience factor. The towels have been bleached and washed to the point they are marginally more absorbent than copy paper and quite rough, but I guess a towel is a towel. The showers themselves are workable but not ideal. Communal in nature, which I personally find awkward, but going at off hours at least allows me to have them to myself or only 1-2 others at most. If it was packed I'd probably wait, it's just too weird. The shampoo and body wash are not very high quality, kind of reminds me of what you'd get at a cheap motel. But again, at least it's there. I also don't want to cart my own soap around. For the gym's size, the equipment variety and quantity is good. I've never not been able to get a treadmill, I've always been able to get the free weights I want, and there are usually benches available. The only thing in short supplies are squat racks, of which there are two, and space for deadlifts, which is basically also two. I would say the gym's clientele leans towards... not people doing those types of exercise. So I haven't typically had to wait, but again I also don't go at peak hours. There are also tons of machines, if you're the type of person who thinks isolation exercises are good. Better than nothing I suppose, but that's just me. AVAC offers a lot of free classes, of which I've taken none. They also have a snack bar, which I've never used. There's also a pool (not the swim school pool which is like 2.5' high) and a kiddie pool outside, neither of which I've been in. And there are tennis courts and pickleball and some outdoor fitness area, which, you guessed it, I have never been to. I wouldn't say AVAC is a destination gym the way Bay Clubs are, but if you're closeby it's probably the best one around. They also have plenty of parking in back in two lots.

The good thing about Bez is , he will always listen to you and let you try them out . So ! You will understand it won't work ... the only thing is to diet + keep exercising!!!! I've lost 30lbs with Bez thru 4 classes per week constantly . Most importantly , weight lose experience was not a pain for me anymore because I developed new running habit ! Running was never my thing for the past 32 years, I can only run 0.4 miles and I would need to take a break. Bez told me he is going to turn me to a runner and I didn't believe in him . But with his methodology running training, I can now run 3 miles !!! We're going to aim 4 miles pretty soon. I used to share a personal trainer with a friend but when the trainer moved out of the area I basically quit working out. When I decided to look for a personal trainer of my own the cost was prohibitive. lifeSport Fitness's model makes working out with a semi-personal trainer attainable. Their model and benefits are this: - 4 clients per trainer per session - You have your own individualized plan. You're not doing what the other 3 people in your session are. The plan is designed specifically for you. You work with that plan for 8 sessions with weight increasing along the way so you can see your improvement. After the 8 sessions you move to a new custom-designed program - You can request areas you want to work on, or avoid if injured - Each session ends with high intensity interval training for aerobic fitness - Sessions are designed for your fitness level, whatever that may be - Sessions can be scheduled, changed, or cancelled online. In addition, Becky, the owner, and the trainers, are some of the most genuinely caring people around. Becky followed up after I had surgery and when I injured myself (they'll put your membership on hold if need be) just to see how I was. I can't recommend their services enough.
