    Update: 1.14.26 After submitting my initial review, my…read moreservices were terminated. At the time I scheduled a follow-up appointment, I was not informed that termination had occurred, and the office accepted the appointment. I later learned that a certified termination letter was already in transit to me at that time. Per the instructions in the letter, I contacted Mr. Hardy several of times by both phone and email but received no response. Today, I went in person to pick up my medical records and again requested to speak with him. Staff informed me that he was "not available," which I personally overheard being relayed at his direction. I am sharing this to accurately reflect my experience, including repeated attempts to communicate, lack of follow-up, and the manner in which this situation was handled. I have never experienced this level of disregard from a medical provider, particularly one entrusted with providing patient care. Initial review:1.9.26 I tried not to leave a review, but I am tired of the pettiness and lack of professionalism at this office. Some of the staff are rude, and my visits have never been on time. I've never had an issue with Dr.Hardy personally, but she is hardly ever in clinic so it's becoming pointless. My entire family comes here and we are all now trying to find a new provider.... This is horrible! Even when I arrive early or punctually, I have never been seen within 30 to 40 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The one time I was late, only by two minutes past the 15-minute grace period my appointment was at 9am, it suddenly became an issue and I was placed as a walk-in with no flexibility. There was no one there but one other patient when I arrived. When I came in, I knew it was going to be an issue bc the same CNA that I complained on was at the front door and made sure she didn't say hello. However, the receptionist or scheduler greeted me. If everyone simply did their job and handled concerns professionally, patient complaints would not be taken so personally. I do understand that I was late today, but I physically had to push myself to get here. Considering this is also the same office that gave me a hard time when I had the flu, this reflects a consistent pattern, not an isolated incident. I cannot recommend this office. My visit today was only to receive a referral to a cardiologist.

All of the staff are also amazing. I just can't say enough about this office. They are amazing and everyone would benefit from their care. I know I have!

    If I could put no stars as a rating, I absolutely would. This is probably the worst care facility…read morethat I've ever been a part of. My mychart messages were left unanswered for three weeks. And it took for me to go all the way up to the facility to question why my messages weren't being answered for them to simply say " sorry your doctor is only at this facility once a month". Why even assign a nurse practitioner as a PCP if she's not at the facility more than once a month? I was writing the facility to complain about chest pain that had been going on for a couple of months. I wanted to know what the next steps were in my treatment plan and nobody answered. They don't have a direct phone number to the facility and they encourage everybody to contact their physicians through mychart. They are also extremely unorganized at the front desk. ZERO OUT OF TEN! They don't care about their patients. Find somewhere else.

    I had an appointment today at 9:15am and arrived at 9:00am. I walked in and signed in to see my…read moreprimary care physician. However, there was no one at the counter to acknowledge me when I signed in. I went and took a seat and there were like two others in the lobby with me at the time but they eventually got called the back. I even got up and moved in to their view so they could see that I had been sitting in the lobby with no acknowledgement. They began talking about a baby in the NICU and disregarded me. Another patient walks in and walks up and they speaks to her and asks who she is her to see and tell her to sign her name on the list. The clerk present her with a form to sign for her service for today and tells her they will call her back soon so the patient takes her seat. It is 9:30am, I get up and go there and ask how much longer would it be before I would be seen? The clerk at the desk finally asked what my name was and did I sign in? I replied yes and gave her my name and told her I arrived at 09:00am and who I was there to see. She then gave me a form to sign for my service and finally checked me in. She went to the back to inform the nursing staff and came back the front to tell me that it would be a few more minutes. But if I had not said anything how long would the clerks have sat and talked to each other about a baby in the NICU before they acknowledged I was sitting in the lobby by myself for over 20 mins?
