After calling multiple doctors offices and waiting weeks on appointments, multiple doctors could not figure out my issue and wanted to "check back in about a month." In contrast, Andrew answered the phone at Cairn, discussed whether he might be able to help, and saw me the same day. The difference in service, caring, and quality was remarkable. Andrew's advice was later confirmed by tests run by an ENT. I had an issue with my inner ear, and the vestibular therapy he walked me through was much better than the piece of paper offered by my ENT's office with exercises. Not only did he say he would follow up, he actually did. On time. Every time he said he would. For months. I would highly recommend Andrew at Cairn and wish I would have called him sooner.
