I've been in the care of Dr Judith Lee-Sigler since 2011. I now commute from Jonesboro AR for her expertise care. Yes, I could probably seek a local physician. But, I know there is no physician with her expertise along with her professionalism combined any where else locally to be found. The drive is definitely long, and at times painful along with uncomfortable due to my conditions. I've never found many physician's as Dr Lee-Sigler who go over your diagnosis and treatment plan as she. I've had other issues that were not within her field and recommended me to colleagues who were outstanding. Dr Wolfe was outstanding regarding my knee issue. Dr Saenz did an outstanding surgery on the wrist I broke. This establishment from the time you walk through the door, escorted to the doctor, seeing the doctor, getting X-ray, and checking out is extremely pleasant. The wait time very minimal from the waiting room to seeing the doctor. Since my time with this establishment I've never been under their roof over an hour...! PS: Dr Lee-Sigler personal assistant is a dream. read more

*** commending Dr. Judith R. Lee-Sigler *** I felt compelled to leave a review after my Primary Cafe Physician (PCP) referred me to Tabor for further evaluation. Let me start by saying I have been in pain for about 6 months, to the point of not being able to sit down for an extended period of time. That pain eventually migrated from my buttock, to my lower back, and eventually my back pain intensified. Sitting was painful, standing for an extended period of time became painful, and the breaking point happened when the pain interfered with sleep. I was so overwhelmed, sad, nervous, coupled with all the other emotions one feels when they are in pain and have no idea what's happening inside of their body. After an unpleasant experience at a local orthopedics speciality facility, my PCP gave me another option, Tabor. My appointment was scheduled with Dr. Judith R. Lee Sigler and I am so grateful for that immediate connection. The first time I met Dr. Sigler, I was so appreciative of the level of concern she had for my situation. In addition to asking lots of probing questions to find out the root cause of my pain, she was very patience, demonstrated incredible active listening skills, and for the first time (seeing a specialist for this matter), I didn't feel like I was just another "PPO policy,/insurance deal." She talked through several options and made great recommendations for next steps. Eventually, after my initial x-rays provided little information regarding the source of my pain, I was referred to another facility for an MRI appointment. I had to follow up with Dr. Sigler in two weeks to have the results reviewed. I was a little disappointed that I'd have to wait for two weeks, considering I was in pain. However, I understood that Dr. Sigler, like most physicians, have other patients and scheduling priorities that were likely in place before I became a patient. Because I was already so pleased with Dr. Sigler, I refused to go anywhere else. I was willing to wait until she could see me to review the results because I knew she was one of the exceptional doctors. My MRI appointment was on a Thursday. I called Tabor the following Wednesday to schedule my two week followup. This meant that I wouldn't be able to see Dr. Sigler until the end of September. I called around 9:20am and to my surprise, I was told Dr. Sigler had a 9:45am cancellation that day. Of course I immediately asked to come in during that opening and assured them I'd be there in 15 minutes. I was so grateful and relieved to know that I wouldn't have to wait in pain for another two weeks. I saw Dr. Sigler probably within 10 minutes of being in the office which was refreshing. She walked into the room, and after asking how I was doing, she said, "Well we do have some good news." I can't tell how powerful those words were. Even though I didn't know what the news was, I immediately felt a sense of calm. She reviewed the results with me and revealed what had been the root cause of my pain. The root cause!! What a relief!! She talked me through the treatment options and was very thorough. I walked away with a very clear understanding. She is extremely knowledgeable! I'm not surprised that she graduated Cum Laude... in fact, she is brilliant... yet so kind and humble. After I received all of my next steps information, she told me to be sure to schedule a follow up with her so that we could see how things were progressing. I have met with several doctors before. In fact, I have a great Primary Care Physician who referred me to Tabor (Dr. Goiveia, also located in Memphis). I'm so grateful for that referral and for Dr. Sigler. As a traveling professional, it's often difficultly to find the right fit when searching for healthcare professionals. Dr. Sigler was truly a God send! I know our healthcare system is broken, sadly. However, I hope that Dr. Sigler knows what an asset she is to the medical field and is appreciated for all of her contributions and diligent work. No matter where I am, if I ever need a doctor that specializes in Dr. Sigler's specialities, I would travel just to schedule my appts with her. I pray that my treatment options restore my health and that I really won't have to see Dr. Sigler after we've made some strides. However, I will never stop raving about her and recommending her. She is truly everything one could ever hope and pray for in a doctor. I was so amazed that I searched for her bio just to learn more about her and while I was blown away, I wasn't surprised. It shows in her actions how amazing she is. Her bio is listed on Tabor's website if you're interested. I actually go to the location at 2996 Kate Bond Road at St Francis Hospital in the Wolfchase area but it is the same group. Love them!! In the last three months, I have had issues with my left and right knees at different times. Both times they have gotten me in on the same day I call. Being worked in you can typically expect to wait but I have typically put off going to the doctor for two or three weeks so I can't complain. HOWEVER, today my appointment was at 1:45 and I was limping out of there at 2:08. I limped in so it was nothing they did. That was time to complete paperwork, take x-rays, review x-rays, get the anti-inflammatory shot in my knee and get re-dressed to leave. Also, when I went a few months ago, the wait was minimal as well. I have seen Dr. Jay Saenz both times and I really, really like him. He has a great bedside manor. He explains whats going on and then tells you what treatment he recommends. Unfortunately, I have needed shots under the kneecap both times. That; however, is not his fault. The x-ray technician and all of the other people working at the Kate Bond location are very friendly. Although I would prefer to never go back I know I will have to (since I don't always follow the rules) and I am glad this group takes such good care of me. read more

*Commending Dr. Tyler Cannon I found Tabor and Dr. Cannon through my PCP after several failed attempts to find an orthopedic surgeon to help further evaluate several problematic areas in my hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders due to continuous strain from my career. Dr. Cannon was the FIRST speciality physician to truly listen to me and help me understand what was causing me so much pain. Every other doctor I saw just kept telling me nothing was wrong with me. Dr. Cannon is not only extremely knowledgeable in his field, but also has an amazing, humbling and truly caring bedside manner. I saw him for two years, as he evaluated, diagnosed and treated multiple conditions (ie: carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, radial tunnel, lateral epicondylitis, and tendonitis in my right arm). The only reason I do not continue to see Dr. Cannon is because my husband and I relocated to San Diego, CA. I truly appreciate him (and miss his work ethic!) and his staff for always taking such good care of me while I was in Memphis! First off, I am going to the one on Kate Bond road. I was deliberately misdiagnosed by Concentra on 4/27, and have since been fighting with Sentry Insurance to get sent to an orthopedic for an MRI. After nearly 2 months, I was finally sent here, and was informed by my lawyer that I would get an MRI done. That did not happen. Instead I waited around an hour in pain due to the incredibly cheap chairs they use to torture patients with. While I did see the doctor quickly enough after I finally went back in, Dr Sam completely ignored the three xrays of my back, which was injured, and looked at a worthless xray of my neck, which was not injured, and said "looks fine to me". After he left, I looked at the correct xrays, and there is a definite and clear kind at two vertebrae, between my shoulder blades. He completely ignored this xray, and this obvious damage, At this point it is obvious that Tabor is engaging in medical fraud. Dr Sam is deliberately ignoring the actual injury on orders from Sentry Insurance. Do not allow yourself to be taken there. You will not only not be given a legitimate diagnosis, but the Doctors there will actively sabotage your health on orders from the insurance companies. It's nothing but a scam, and you will remain in pain and suffer for being sent to Tabor. EDIT 10-28-2016 Be warned that Tabor clinic will slander your name in retaliation for any negative reviews. After Shroerlucke refused to look at the x rays of my back, and the staff refused to answer their phone or return calls in an attempt to get pain medication, they falsely informed the insurance that I was "being abusive" for writing negative reviews against their magnificence. This has caused direct harm to me, first by preventing me from seeing another doctor, and remaining in pain because of that fact, and now the insurance is denying benefits because of the fraudulent accusations of abuse. I will be speaking to a lawyer about suing for defamation, since they cause direct damages. I may also decide that it's best to contact the news media, and get broader coverage over these so-called medical professionals. All Shroerlucke had to do was look at the back X Ray. All his staff had to do was return one phone call, and refill a prescription. They refused to do so, violating every oath of ethics and failing in the most basic foundation of their profession. They have proven, by lying about me to the insurance agent, to be most interested in harming their patients in every way possible. read more

In my experience, you will almost never visit the doctors office and be seen in a timely manner. This is not so with Tabor Orthopedics. The front desk staff gets you checked in quickly and before you even have the chance to get comfortable in the waiting room, you are called back to see he doctor. The staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, are professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Tabor Orthopedics. read more

Saw them in November with an ankle issue after 4 visits and being told a brace and some ibuprofen was enough it still is injured. Its now almost august and I'm still in a lot of pain. They then tried to charge me $350 for a boot and when I told the billing lady I had a secondary insurance which i provided to the office she very rudely told me not to bother with it and just pay them. This is the exact reason I carry two insurance companies so I don't have to pay them out of pocket. I have cigna and Aetna and she said o they probably won't cover it anyway just go ahead and pay. Really? They are crooks. Also the first time I visited them they some how misplaced my paper work or over looked me and I spent 2 hours in the waiting room after being brushed off and being told they'd call me soon. Also I was the only one there and when I arrived there were only 2 people in front of me...crazy read more

He sounded like he really wanted to know my feelings and thoughts about staff. Ever since then, everyone has been super nice without being fake. I saw Dr. Tabor,Jr. at the Kate Bond office last fall,but have been on the road since,hence a late review. The office staff was nice & friendly. My chronic right calf pain was constant & severe,exacerbated by 300+ road miles each month,plus house & roof construction demands. Circulation concerns were already assessed,as well as bone fractures. He mentioned spinal disc involvement,possibly,but wisely suggested the least harmful & conservative approach to diagnosis & treatment. Great news for me!! Dr. Tabor ordered physical therapy ,any place of my choice. Fortunately, I chose Tabor Phys. Therapy, there. After 2 separate sessions,my leg pain was gone! Please don't waste your time going here for your orthopedic needs especially if you are going to Dr. Tabor Jr. I was sent to get an MRI, waited several days because I didn't hear anything back and was told I needed to make an appt. to get my results. I waited an hour only to be told he didn't know what was causing my issues. Could you not have told me this bull over the phone?? I was even more frustrated when he looked at my MRI for the very first time during my actual appt. Don't you think it would be a good ideal if you reviewed the MRI before my appt. so you would know what you were talking about or maybe actually give me an accurate diagnosis. I'm so over this doctor, now I'm on the hunt for a real doctor...Waste of time. read more

I hadn't been there in two years. I was reminded again just how rude the front desk staff was at Tabor. Suggestion: If you have people coming in the door greet them, have them sign in and ask them to have seat and tell them you will be with them shortly. Use, as my teacher wife would say "nice manners". Say things like please and thank you. You don't need an MBA to know how to provide a base level of customer service. Even if you see a brilliant physician an hour later, there are too many other providers out there. read more

Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This office is completely disorganized with long wait times and rude nurses. It started out by their very confusing office layout and nothing clearly marked with "Tabor Orthopedics" on the door. I went up in the elevator and opened three separate office doors (behind one door someone was in the middle of rehabbing their knee) to figure where to go. Once I finally found the place I have to stand on my feet for 20 minutes trying to check in because the man and check in lady in front of me were trying to figure out his co-pay. Mind you my knee is KILLING me anytime that I stand for short periods, let alone standing for 20 minutes just to sign my name on a piece of paper. Then they kept calling me back up to fill out different forms and get my insurance card. You would think if they know their patients are in pain they would limit the need for getting back up and down. Then after a LONG wait I get ushered into a room. Once inside the nurse states I need to get an X-ray. I told her I just got one two days ago from my PCP who set this appointment up with them. She stated they didn't have it and I would have to get another one (very rudely I might add). This just pissed me off after all the BS I went through just to be seen. I immediately called my PCP to have them fax over the X-ray which one of the employees at Tabor could have done. Once Dr. Saenz came in he was very informational and nice. He gave me a shot in my knee and said if I was still in pain after a week to call and they will set-up an MRI. After the shot didn't work I called in to set-up an MRI. That was the next problem with Tabor. Me and the nurse played a bit of phone tag and she called me after their business hours while I on the phone with a client. I called them back with 30 seconds and I got the nurses voicemail. I leave a message and get no response for 2 days. I then logged in online and emailed Tabor because I was sick of playing phone tag. They finally schedule me after getting a pre-cert for my MRI from insurance. I clear my schedule and head out to the MRI. Once I arrive and get checked in, they notify me that Tabor has sent me to get an MRI with a place that is out of network and it will cost $800 for the MRI... I am LIVID at this point. It baffles me that a professional medical office is this unorganized. I call back and let them know they sent me to an out of network provider. They reschedule me for an MRI on the other side of town. I go get my MRI done and wait several days for the results. I call the place the MRI was done and they notified me Tabor received the results several days ago. I email Tabor about getting my results. The next day I get a call telling me I have to schedule an appointment to get my results and I have to bring the MRI cd to my appointment. That was the straw that broke the camels back. I have never had a doctor require me to schedule an appointment to read my test results for an MRI or any test results for that matter. On top of that I know have to go back to the MRI place on the other side of town to get a CD. The doctor is great, but that doesn't matter if the office staff is giving horrible customer service. read more

I don't know where some of these patients have gone, but it doesn't sound like the tabor orthopedics I have gone to often. Dr saenz has been extraordinarily kind and knowledgeable with me. He has operated on me at least 5 times, and I recommend him highly. I've never waited even 15 minutes before being seen. The staff is very fast and efficient.he comes to the room in a timely manner, and is quite thorough. If he can't operate on me if it's not his specialty, he sends me to one who is, and once to a competing ortho office.ive been to 2 other dry in office, dr cannon, and dr Sam.also excellent service! I recommend dr Saenz to all my friends and sometimes strangers! So... it's amazing how things are perceived. read more

I have had knee pain in both knees for several months. When I visited my general practitioner, she suggested that perhaps my cartlidge was wearing thin and that I should see an orthopedist. I chose Tabor because I have a friend who was very pleased with a knee replacement they performed on her. I made an appointment with Dr. Greg Wolf, was a new patient, but the wait was not too bad. The nurses x-rayed both knees and gave the xrays to Dr. Wolf. He explained my problem which is depleting cartlidge and suggested cortisone shots in both knees which should help the problem without immediate knee replacement. This is one day later, and I cannot believe the relief I have after having suffered pain and discomfort for several months. I would highly recommend Tabor Orthopedics for your orthopedic needs. read more

While I still have some issues with the two knee replacement surgeries I had on the same knee, I can tell you that Dr. Tabor is a very caring professional. He is doing all he can to help me. He listens intently to my complaints about my pain and explains everything in detail as to what he can do.While I can't comment on other doctors there yet (I am seeing Dr Schroerlucke now for my back as well) only one visit so far, but he was pleasant and concerned and is recommending treatment. A nerve block so far. I will agree there is a couple individuals that are not the most patient friendly at the check out area, but I have encountered worse. The facility is a long way from my home, but it is a clean updated first class place.The physical therapy area is great and they really work with you. The therapist I was seeing most often,was a small pretty blond haired young lady and she was wonderful.(Brooke) Don't let her size fool you. She can make you hurt, but that is part of the healing process. By the way, I am commenting on the Primacy Parkway office. As far as wait time, sometimes it is a little longer than normal, but my Dr. usually spends quite a bit of time with me. read more
