I then hear the nurse go back into the office area and very loudly make fun of me and what I was taking, and why I was taking it. It left me embarrassed and angry. I called the office and nobody would talk to me about it and I left a message explaining why I was upset and nobody ever got back to me. Please do not visit this place. The quality of care is sub par and they are judgmental. Nobody deserves to be judged at the doctor from people that are just wanting help.

Which was great for me because I needed a Primary Care Physician. So I was happy, Now I'm 70 a young 70, but I haven't had anything checked in years, so I got my blood pressure checked and it was 220 / 180 !!!!' I said what??? She checked it 4 times using each arm. The doctor told me I needed to go to the emergency room right now!! Well, it was 3:00 o'clock and I haven't eaten anything and had the shakes! She said if you won't go you'll need to sign a release and I'll give you a prescription for high blood pressure medicine. Before I left she took my glucose level, took a blood test, and I'm to go back when the blood test comes back. I bought a home blood pressure test kit and she gave me a log to write down twice a my blood pressure, morning and night. I've been to different doctors over the years and never felt like they really cared about me or my health. I mean it's always in and out, gotta go play golf!! This place was not like that, they made me feel like they wanted me to get better, I didn't feel like it was about the money. She's going to set up a series of tests to see how good I'm doing which I thought was super!! I knew I needed to see a primary care physician but I kept putting it off like we all do. I told the doctor that I never felt so good about being there I was never cared for like I was this day at this office.No one has ever cared for me like yall have. Nurses always have problems drawing blood from me so they brought in another person who used the pediatric needle and they both stayed and made jokes until it worked with the pediatric needle. I never felt rushed and the staff seemed relaxed, friendly, and very competent. I've seen him 3 times and each time the staff remembered me and were friendly. I absolutely recommend Dr. Lofton and this clinic.
