He treats people like they've got brains, explaining things with lay language but without talking down to the patient. He is always friendly and upbeat, with a terrific bedside manner. He's got all the best qualities of an old-fashioned country doctor --accessible, personable, genuinely interested in his patients' needs and well being -- but his medical and scientific knowledge is top notch. It's like the medical savvy of Greg House, MD, coupled with the charm of Andy Griffith. Highly recommended!

She has the best bedside manner of any Dr or nurse practitioner I've ever dealt with or met. I used to absolutely loathe going to the dr , bc they wouldn't listen they would just tell you whatever they thought even when it was in contrast of what you were saying. Dee Dee doesn't do that she takes her time with and speaks to you like a human being not a number to meet her quotas for pharmacy companies. She's kind and caring and compassionate with your plights. She makes sure she does what's genuinely best for you and that's rare now a days. What's more is she's not just intelligent but also has common sense. Something most in the medical field tend to lack. The type of care you will get here when going to see DeeDee is second to none! 12/10 experience and I can not recommend Deedee enough. Go see her for your medical needs you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Robbins is a professional and yet still warm and sensitive to her patients, which is a very hard thing to do. I am an RN with over 40 years of experience, mainly in a hospital setting and I have seen many Physicians, yet I have to say Dr. Robbins is one of the best, with a knowledge base and understanding bedside manner, that every patient deserves. I feel very lucky that I have Dr. Robbins as my Physician, and I would encourage anyone to seek her out for their own care. Anyway, go see Dr. Robbins for Great Care and Treatment and you'll see what I mean. You will be glad you did. Sincerely, Billy Green RN

While a lot has changed over the last 20 years, I can honestly say that I can't think of another group that provides the total care model as does BMG - Family Physicians. I've never had difficulty with getting an appointment with a provider in the group. The locations are now more convenient than ever. The skinny - the front desk staff (regardless of location) has always been polite and efficient (shout out to Vernita at Bartlett). The medical triage team has always been calming and easy to talk to. In my experience, the providers are focused on truly listening to you and not just hearing you. Over the years, I've had some excellent providers and the current is no exception. Shout out to former providers: Barry Avant, Claire Ellender! Though they have each moved on, they left a legacy of excellent patient care. The current goat is Jason Stewart - it's like talking to an old friend. The entire team is amazing - Dr. Wong to Dr. J. Smith and Drs. Charles and Melanie Woodall - you can't go wrong with finding a provider to suit your needs.

If I could put no stars as a rating, I absolutely would. This is probably the worst care facility…read morethat I've ever been a part of. My mychart messages were left unanswered for three weeks. And it took for me to go all the way up to the facility to question why my messages weren't being answered for them to simply say " sorry your doctor is only at this facility once a month". Why even assign a nurse practitioner as a PCP if she's not at the facility more than once a month? I was writing the facility to complain about chest pain that had been going on for a couple of months. I wanted to know what the next steps were in my treatment plan and nobody answered. They don't have a direct phone number to the facility and they encourage everybody to contact their physicians through mychart. They are also extremely unorganized at the front desk. ZERO OUT OF TEN! They don't care about their patients. Find somewhere else.

Though this doctor was not right for me, he may be perfect for you. Points of Concern: 1) A bullet had been left in a specimen cup on the physician's table in the patient room. 2) The doctor asked if I had made any end of life decisions- and then mocked my choices. 3) He told me if I didn't take the medicine he prescribed, I could let my feet do the walking- I so look forward to open enrollment. 4) I summarized the purpose of my visit and he told me it was all in my head- then claimed he was joking. 5) If the hours posted on the door are correct, the clinic is only open four days a week. I am not sure how this man netted five stars on US News & World Report, but do note there have been zero reviews in the last twelve months.
