Many longer term patients have left as result of this new practice by the front office. Then the MD wouldn't even listen to our concerns about my husbands health. He has a poor bedside manner and he didn't care what we had to say. We came with legitimate concerns and they were lazily dismissed. When we tried to change to another doctor within the same clinic, the secretary told me I had to write a formal request with my complaints to change doctors to the office manager and wait for approval. Wait for approval? They lost our business.

The only reason I didn't give her five stars is because her staff is the rudest staff I have ever met. They are beyond disgusting, lacking in courtesy and organization, but if Dr. Hurley wasn't so exceptional I would NOT go to her. You can forget about refills unless you keep calling in to remind them and forget about leaving a message even if Dr. Hurley told you to. Also, if the nurse asks you what you need for prescriptions or asks you why you are coming in today you need to repeat everything to Dr. Hurley because the nurse will NOT tell her what she is supposed to. Furthermore, you will not get a letter or phone call for test results that you pay for. You have to call in time after time trying to get them. This has been my experience after years of going to her so that's why I'm giving the heads up.

I had been experiencing severe (as in shark biting my leg) pain especially during driving 600 miles each way to renovate my parent's home in Ohio.
