He was attentive, truly listened, and consistently responded to messages within 24 hours. When I tried other clinics, I realized how exceptional his care was. Recently, I returned to BMG but had to see Dr. Ongsingco as Dr. Wallace was not accepting new patients. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Dr. Ongsingco seems disinterested, rushes through appointments, and takes nearly a week to respond to messages, if he responds at all. I highly recommend this clinic--but only if you can see Dr. Wallace.

She took the time to listen to my family history and took the time to look into my medical history and sent all the correct test from labs to ultrasounds to find EARLY THYROID CANCER !! EARLY !! took the time to explain plans, monitoring process and future treatment plans, more. I recommended Ms. Travis to my sister, she drove the three hours and was NOT disappointed. She is truly worth the wait and time. I did not have a long wait to be pulled back by the MA's and waiting in the room took less than 10minutes. Getting lab work took less than that. She is located off lifedocs second location on mt Moriah. Truly grateful for a caring, beautifu, smart provider. You can tell she cares about the community of people she serves and enjoys her job. I cant imagine the frustration of having to go in person to just ask a question when they could just answer the phone.
