They are efficient, with only one occasion I can recall having to wait for a lengthy amount of time in an exam room. Dr. Chu follows up my physical exams with a mailed copy of my lab report, marked in his own hand and accompanied by a detailed letter of findings and recommendations. Many longer term patients have left as result of this new practice by the front office. I and others I have referred in addition to the friend who referred me have left messages for the nurse/doctor and there has not been one call back or response for any of us. Then the MD wouldn't even listen to our concerns about my husbands health. He has a poor bedside manner and he didn't care what we had to say. We came with legitimate concerns and they were lazily dismissed. When we tried to change to another doctor within the same clinic, the secretary told me I had to write a formal request with my complaints to change doctors to the office manager and wait for approval. Wait for approval? They lost our business.

God love Kimberly Slate, the nurse practitioner at Finn. Last week I was in a pretty desperate state and I had to get in at the last minute. Somehow Kim fit me in, and when I tried to machine gun information to her so she could get to her patients, she calmed me down and just put me at ease and took excellent care of me. It's an impersonal world out there, and if Finn and Associates is on your insurance plan, you should treat yourself to people with a human touch.
