When we tried to change to another doctor within the same clinic, the secretary told me I had to write a formal request with my complaints to change doctors to the office manager and wait for approval. Wait for approval? They lost our business.

God love Kimberly Slate, the nurse practitioner at Finn. Last week I was in a pretty desperate state and I had to get in at the last minute. Somehow Kim fit me in, and when I tried to machine gun information to her so she could get to her patients, she calmed me down and just put me at ease and took excellent care of me. It's an impersonal world out there, and if Finn and Associates is on your insurance plan, you should treat yourself to people with a human touch.
