He was attentive, truly listened, and consistently responded to messages within 24 hours. When I tried other clinics, I realized how exceptional his care was. Recently, I returned to BMG but had to see Dr. Ongsingco as Dr. Wallace was not accepting new patients. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Dr. Ongsingco seems disinterested, rushes through appointments, and takes nearly a week to respond to messages, if he responds at all. I highly recommend this clinic--but only if you can see Dr. Wallace.

She said if you won't go you'll need to sign a release and I'll give you a prescription for high blood pressure medicine. Before I left she took my glucose level, took a blood test, and I'm to go back when the blood test comes back. I bought a home blood pressure test kit and she gave me a log to write down twice a my blood pressure, morning and night. I've been to different doctors over the years and never felt like they really cared about me or my health. I mean it's always in and out, gotta go play golf!! This place was not like that, they made me feel like they wanted me to get better, I didn't feel like it was about the money. She's going to set up a series of tests to see how good I'm doing which I thought was super!! I knew I needed to see a primary care physician but I kept putting it off like we all do.
