My long-term experience at Collierville BMG shows that the quality of care depends entirely on…read morewhich doctor you see. For over a decade, I had an excellent experience under Dr. Wallace. He was attentive, truly listened, and consistently responded to messages within 24 hours. When I tried other clinics, I realized how exceptional his care was. Recently, I returned to BMG but had to see Dr. Ongsingco as Dr. Wallace was not accepting new patients. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. Dr. Ongsingco seems disinterested, rushes through appointments, and takes nearly a week to respond to messages, if he responds at all. I highly recommend this clinic--but only if you can see Dr. Wallace.

I had been asked about a medicine that I was taking and why I was taking it. I told them, and they grilled me about it saying I was taking it for one reason when I was sure it was another. I then hear the nurse go back into the office area and very loudly make fun of me and what I was taking, and why I was taking it. It left me embarrassed and angry. I called the office and nobody would talk to me about it and I left a message explaining why I was upset and nobody ever got back to me. Please do not visit this place. The quality of care is sub par and they are judgmental. Nobody deserves to be judged at the doctor from people that are just wanting help.
