My 1st visit felt like an interview - Dr. Campbell spent at least 20min asking me questions, letting me talk and taking notes. THEN she started checking me over. I've had a couple of conditions addressed, some I didn't know I had. If I need to jump in for a quick visit, it's never been over 24hrs to get me in. If I need a prescription refilled and I leave a message, it gets handled the same day, every time. She and Whitney (runs admin) are crazy responsive, friendly and caring! Recently, I returned to BMG but had to see Dr. Ongsingco as Dr. Wallace was not accepting new patients. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
