I had not been to a see a chiropractor in several years, as my regular chiropractor was dropped from my insurance plan and then eventually he retired. I was referred to Midtown Chiropractic and while they do not accept walkins, I was able to walk in make, an appointment with in a few days, and take paperwork home to complete in order to shorten the process for a new patient file to be started. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, turned in my paperwork and waited less than 10 minutes before Dr. Carr called me back. The initial exam was very professional and personable at the same time. After discussing medical history and current ailments, Dr. Carr was ready to treat me. After some adjustments, Dr. Carr made sure the aches were addressed. Dr. Carr then gave some at home exercises to address the areas further. Making a follow up appointment was simple and fast. I don't generally post reviews, but after the service that I received at Midtown Chiropractic, I felt compelled to let others know of the outstanding customer service and treatment that I received. I was in town for a conference when my back issue began. I searched for chiropractors in the area found Midtown. I called and made an appointment. They were able to fit me in to a very tight schedule at 8:00 pm on that day. I have to say that I was quite surprised at how late they work. Dr. Lindsey was so pleasant to deal with. Although she had been at the office since earlier that day, she had such patience and professionalism that I was truly impressed. I have been having trouble with a stiff neck and shoulders, so I finally broke down and scheduled a 30-minute massage with Bobbie. What have I been waiting for!?!? She was amazing. She asked questions and was careful to stay within my comfort zone for pressure, but she wasn't afraid to really work on the areas that needed it.
