I have spent the past two years learning to just live with back pain, having conceded to the idea that this would be my new normal. I'd been to numerous doctors and physical therapists and, in the end, their treatment plans just didn't work. This included medication that I quickly abandoned because it was impacting my everyday life in such a negative manner, I chose instead to live with the pain. Then I learned of Cole Pain Therapy Group. Within one week of seeing Dr. Brad Cole my back pain lessened, and for the first time in two years I've gone entire days without pain. In addition to this incredible turnaround for me, the office is a beautiful, welcoming space and the staff is by far the kindest and most caring I've encountered on this long path to healing. Riley always greets me with a smile and never tires of my many questions pertaining to treatment or scheduling. Her fellow coworkers are equally as attentive. As a former competitive runner, I am incredibly grateful to finally see an end nearing to the unwelcomed running hiatus my pain has caused me. I wish I'd found Dr. Cole sooner. I also need to acknowledge the exceptional massage I received as part of my care. Christin is the best massage therapist I've seen in Tennessee. She asked all the right questions to make sure she addressed my problem areas and knew exactly which muscles to target. I couldn't book another appointment fast enough! read more

They offer full chiropractic care and services, X-rays, massage, heat and cold therapy as well as physical therapy. Their goals are to get you into regular life again, not to maintain your illness. I love this place because of that. If you have issues with your insurance, just speak with their staff. Their office manager and insurance specialists are incredible and will help you out. This place came highly recommended to me when I moved outside of downtown Memphis. I had been recently involved in a car wreck and was in a great deal of pain. I have been coming here regularly ever sense, and it's safe to say this place has become more life family to me, especially as we've gone thru a pandemic together. Whether you need regular chiropractic care or you are looking for pain relief or orthopedic needs, this is your place. read more

i had been having serious hip pain for months -- I went to another chiropractor for 4 months -- a couple times a week -- and didn't get any relief, despite spending hundreds of dollars. I found Dr. Brad Cole and within 2 weeks I was running without much pain and after 4 weeks, I've gone days without pain. I am training for the St. Jude half marathon and I really appreciated how he was willing - and able - to find a way to fix my hip problems while allowing me to continue my training safely. I could not be more happy. read more

after taking a temporary leave due to my pain being from a more serious injury I was sent to colections with no attempted contact after paying several hunndred dolars over a $60 balance, when I called for the matter I was met with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism. I would've hoped my chiropractor would have noticed my symptoms and referred me to a specialist but my massage therapist was however excellent. read more

I saw Dr. Vollmer. It was a first time visit since my usual chiropractor had retired. It was very disturbing to say the least. A young lady will take your blood pressure. Why? It is not a medical facility that can treat your blood pressure. Obviously a superficial impression. Had x-ray of lower back area only and charged twice what different chiropractor subsequently charged for whole spine x-ray. I went in for lower back issue. When he did adjustment he used way too much force, in my opinion, in the neck area. I've been to a few chiropractors in my day and no one ever used that much force. A month later and my neck is still sore. It is obvious to me there was some tissue damage. My neck before this visit had absolutely no issues. I am so concerned that I will be going to Lifeline Services to have sonogram of my carotid artery. Dr. Vollmer's attitude seemed very odd. Did not like his attitude at all. Very arrogant. I will never go back to that facility and would not recommend him to anyone. Wish now I had gotten a different chiropractor at that facility. As it is I have found a different facility that is much more to my liking. read more
