I do tons of reading on how to keep the body young and try to remove as many toxins from my life as possible. I don't drink alcohol (very often); I eat organic, I stay away from processed foods (you know the things that most of us are trying these days). I workout and ride my bike, I do all the things we are suppose to do to stay forever young and it has worked, for the most part. I recently decided I wanted to find ways to feel the BEST I can possible feel. For me feeling great was no longer good enough. I want to feel unbelievably great. I want to wake up in the morning and think, "hell, I feel damn good today!" When people in the office ask how I'm doing, I want to respond, "it is not possible to feel any better."
