Knowledgeable, friendly, concerned about his patients. I live downtown, and did this place is very convenient, located across the street from Bass Pro shop. It also has plenty of free parking!!!!! The office manager is unbelievably good. I have new medical insurance and forgot to get "pre-approved" in order to receive a discount. She worked it out with the insurance company during my first visit! Wow! Never had this happen before at any of my MANY doctor's offices that I visit!!! I wish all health care worked like this place.

They listen and try to help solve any problems you might have. For instance I got to the office for my appointment and discovered I was just too sick to stay. Instead of just canceling my appointment Clay came and talked to me, gave me instructions and a belt for my new exercise of the day so that I could stay on track for my next session. He barely touched my knee and pretty much dismissed anything I said and since "nothing" showed on xray he wanted to give me cortisone shot and send me on my way. Still continued to have major pain in my knee so I went to Titan Orthopedics and even without having MRI, Dr John Lochemes knew I had a torn meniscus. He squeezed/touched/moved my knee several different ways and said he was 99% sure it was torn meniscus, after MRI it was confirmed I actually had 2 tears.
