In just a few days post-surgery, I realized I was up against an injury like none I had ever experienced before and recovery was not going to be as easy as I had expected or hoped. This is where the great people at Holt Therapy came into play. They treated me with the greatest of care. Pushing me only as far as they felt I could go, limiting my pain and discomfort, assisting my recovery with every session. With their help and direction, I have made a great recovery and did it without experiencing all the horrible things others said they had experienced. Maybe they should have used Kevin, Beth, Margaret, and Candice at Holt Therapy. So, all I can say is if you are unfortunate enough to find that you are in need of physical rehabilitation check out this great group, you will not regret it.

Dr. Hood breaks down everything in laments terms and know that I'm an athlete and know how important it is to get back to training, therefore he's taken a conservative approach before the final decision of surgery.
