I've just had one session so far - so I'd like to update this after the end of our sessions - but I am so impressed with Anna! You can tell she cares a great deal about her patients and about her line of work. I felt like "man, I am in the right place." PT work is difficult because you are retraining your body to do stuff it should be doing. FRUSTRATING! But Anna breaks it down into bite-sized pieces that you can manage. Thank. God. For. That!!!! As someone who also works in healthcare, I understand the importance of professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care. I have also observed interactions involving patient care concerns where some staff members, including nurses, displayed unprofessional attitudes. Patient care should always remain the top priority, and employees should reflect the values and standards expected in a healthcare environment. With stronger leadership, accountability, and improved staff engagement, this facility could provide a much better experience for both employees and patients. Jill was quite good at knowing what exercises and lifestyle adjustments I needed to make to begin the healing process. We got along great from the get go. In fact, all of the staff are easy to get along with. I gotta warn you though, guys, it's all women - wait a minute, that was not a bad thing after all. Each time we met, not only did Jill make sure I knew what I needed to do - she gave me "homework" - more "stuff" to do before my next visit. As I have included these exercises in my daily routine, I have begun my healing process. Although my therapy sessions are over now, Jill told me that I could call her if I had questions later. All in all, I learned many skills and techniques during my sessions that will help me in the weeks ahead. I have had 3 surgeries, dozens of nerve blocks, chiropractic adjustments and, of course, physical therapy. I have taken every pain medication and muscle relaxer prescribed and over-the-counter meds too. I even bought a 4 channel E-Stim unit, TENS unit and full back and neck hydocollators. I wasn't prepared for dry needling and was very sore afterwards for a few days. For the first time in a decade I finally feel something improved.

She worked it out with the insurance company during my first visit! Wow! Never had this happen before at any of my MANY doctor's offices that I visit!!! I was suffering from some serious shoulder nerve pain (C5 & C6) for several months which I injured…read morelifting weights a few years ago. Overtime it just got worse to a point where my arm was numb and had sharp pain. It got to a point where I could not sleep. Like any human, I hate visiting the doctor and finally decided to go. They first prescribed me steroids which did not work. The second option was Physical Therapy. I was one of those that did not believe Physical Therapy works for anything, but because I was in some serious pain I forced myself to visit. I scheduled myself for 9 appointments and the pain level went from 10 (being the highest) to a 1. The key to fix your pain is: (a) You must be consistent. Granted for some, like me, the co-pay made my face green, but you can't put a price on your body. Some people have this expectation that their pain should go away after 1-2 visits, but that is not always the case. You have to go and be committed. (b) You must do your homework. The days you are not scheduled to go in, you must do your stretches/exercises. After you have been discharged, you must keep doing your exercises. I'm fixed and mostly grateful for Results to remove my pain.

During my wife's appointment, Dr. Eager entered the exam room and spoke directly to her, but completely ignored my presence. As her spouse and support person, I was seated in the room and there to assist, yet I was not acknowledged at any point during or after his interaction. Being ignored in this setting felt unprofessional and dismissive. A patient's support person plays an important role, especially during medical visits, and basic acknowledgment is a matter of respect and courtesy. This experience left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I want to note that we have encountered other physicians at your practice who are friendly, respectful, and inclusive in their communication. That makes this particular interaction stand out even more. I also believe this type of behavior can disproportionately affect elderly patients and their support systems, who often rely on another person to help understand and manage their care. I respectfully ask that this matter be addressed so that all patients and their support persons are treated with the respect they deserve.
