I took a day off work and drove for 2.5 hours (128 miles) only to find out that her office had scheduled my appointment on her day off. Her office staff had over 5 months to correct (reschedule) an appointment that should have never been scheduled in the first place, yet they waited until the last minute to try and do so. Why would anyone entrust their healthcare to an organization that they can no longer trust simply to schedule an appointment? Suffice it to say, I have a new GP now.
