Comfort keepers is a the worst place in the world to work it. Their staff down. They turn over caregivers like they their lights, gas and water. They have no type of empathy for the clients. They only care about money they don't care about clients. They have the worst care in the world. They do not take care of their clients. They have a lady in the office named Mandy. She is a liar. She will look you in your eyes and be lying like a dog and they have a lady in the office with down syndrome and she is a liar as well. The worst company in the world please do not take your family there do not allow these people to take care of your family. They're not good. read more

Advertising cannot do this company justice. Their employees are stellar, far exceeding expectations. Caring and compassionate, each one has been a joy to have in our home, providing peace of mind while I am away. A month and a half ago, we started using Comfortkeepers to help care for my 91 year old mother who is a Hospice patient and bed-bound. The caregiver comes 4 hours a day so that I can go and work as a sign language interpreter. After a bit of a rocky start, things have gone well....UNTIL TODAY! There was a bit of a mix-up with who was supposed to come care for my mother. But the schedulers were very supportive, and I even got a call from the General Manager. Mistakes happen, but I appreciate the strong response from the Comfort Keepers team. read more
