I did this and received a check dated the same day as my email. They, of course, did not reply to the email. 3. Take the check to your local dealer, schedule a service appointment, and Legacy will have to work with the dealer to issue a supplementary check based on the dealer's estimate compared to their own. This will take a while but you will get your car repaired and Legacy will pay the auto dealer. Previous review: This company is actively engaging in insurance fraud. If you call to inquire about a claim, they place you on hold in a 10+ person queue. After you get through the queue, the automatic voice recording says they are having system issues and asks you to call again later.
