I've been with this company for quite a while. I understand that within any company, there are all levels of skill and care within staff. No matter the industry, it seems such qualities are all over the map, and getting worse. With that said, I'm extremely grateful to have found Susan. She is human, thorough, professional, willing to admit what she doesn't know (and then go find out and communicate back her findings), knowledgeable, instilled in me a confidence in what she was telling me, what she's researching for me, and what she is doing. Back ' in the day's, these were all qualities one could almost always count on, even expect, especially in industries where their performance matters (insurance.) I was a customer of RideNow in 2017, name that Inszone later took over. In 2017, I did not like the employee who served me, Jordan Wells. Everytime she talked to me, she would get argumentative, and her voice got all "bent out ofshape" and she was start yelling, like she was getting really emotional and upset. It made me wonder "This lady needs some medication" or she has a "hormonal problem". It made me dread calling that office, cos I'd have to talk to her, and she would always get all upset and bent out of shape. After I talked to her, I felt I was shaking. I felt sorry for her. When Inszone took over, I heard Jordan Wells is no longer working there and it wasn't her who chose to leave. There was another guy, Gabriel, or something (he and his wife just had a newborn baby) , who was their new hire during the take over, and in a few short months, he wasn't working there either. So much turnover. I am in my 70's and Ithink I am getting dementia, and can't keep up with the name and staff changes of this insurance agency, RideNow because RideNow changed to another company name I forgot, and Inszone is the umbrella name. From now on, I am just going to deal with Safeco cos they are 24/7 and can do all the same things that this independent agency does. about my various Safeco policies in different states with this agency and that one. I wrote a Yelp review about RideNow and Jordan coning apart at the seams each time I talk to her, a few years ago, but soooo many of my Yelp reviews just disappeared into thin air. read more

It's Saturday night. 6:37 PM. I purchased a new car, and called my agent, Tenille Tweedy. I'm thinking, it's late, and there's no way an agent would be available. At least the majority of them are closed. And definitely out on the weekends. But not RideNow. Not Tenille. She answered the phone with her normal adorable enthusiasm. And I'm like, "you've got to be kidding. Why are you still there?!" Anyway, as usual, Tenille handled all of my questions, and spent the time needed to get everything covered. And will always find a way to (somehow) save me money. Always. So a big "THANK YOU" to Tenille and her employer, RideNow insurance. If anyone is reading this review to see if these guys are good, or legit, I can pretty much guarantee that you WILL NOT find another agency that "performs" AND has an entire staff of amazing agents. Honestly everything was good until I found out what was written in fine print when I signed this contract with them. They found me a decent insurance qoute better than anyone I found but when I went to cancel my insurance with them I found out about the penalties and the fact that my contract was pro rated. On top of that the lady explained to me that they do not disclose this unless asked. (Really)? Very shady and I would not recommend them to anyone else. Still in the process of dealing with this so if they do compensate for the lack of not disclosing this information my review will change but as I expect they have to make a money right. I do understand I should of read the fine print but I trusted this women. Now I see where it got me. read more
