Debra and Melinda are absolutely the best insurance team I have ever worked with. We have worked with dozens of brokers for our commercial insurance and we were very fortunate to have been introduce to Debra and Melinda through our truck leasing company. They took the time to understand our business and our needs way beyond expectations. They then worked non-stop to find us the best solution and rates that our company needed. Working with them really felt like they were a part of our team and that they cared about the best possible outcome. We will definitely be coming back to them when our other policies expire. read more

I was a customer of RideNow in 2017, name that Inszone later took over. In 2017, I did not like the employee who served me, Jordan Wells. Everytime she talked to me, she would get argumentative, and her voice got all "bent out ofshape" and she was start yelling, like she was getting really emotional and upset. It made me wonder "This lady needs some medication" or she has a "hormonal problem". It made me dread calling that office, cos I'd have to talk to her, and she would always get all upset and bent out of shape. After I talked to her, I felt I was shaking. I felt sorry for her. When Inszone took over, I heard Jordan Wells is no longer working there and it wasn't her who chose to leave. There was another guy, Gabriel, or something (he and his wife just had a newborn baby) , who was their new hire during the take over, and in a few short months, he wasn't working there either. So much turnover. I am in my 70's and Ithink I am getting dementia, and can't keep up with the name and staff changes of this insurance agency, RideNow because RideNow changed to another company name I forgot, and Inszone is the umbrella name. From now on, I am just going to deal with Safeco cos they are 24/7 and can do all the same things that this independent agency does. about my various Safeco policies in different states with this agency and that one. I wrote a Yelp review about RideNow and Jordan coning apart at the seams each time I talk to her, a few years ago, but soooo many of my Yelp reviews just disappeared into thin air. read more

I've been with this company for quite a while. I understand that within any company, there are all levels of skill and care within staff. No matter the industry, it seems such qualities are all over the map, and getting worse. With that said, I'm extremely grateful to have found Susan. She is human, thorough, professional, willing to admit what she doesn't know (and then go find out and communicate back her findings), knowledgeable, instilled in me a confidence in what she was telling me, what she's researching for me, and what she is doing. Back ' in the day's, these were all qualities one could almost always count on, even expect, especially in industries where their performance matters (insurance.) I have found that we can trust Susan; seems like she's legitimately part of our team, looking out for us. Highly recommend her as an agent, definitely recommend a raise read more

Requested a quote for my bike From full cycle insurance Even called to verify that they got my request and they said they did Never got a call back or an email With a quote So I went elsewhere read more

It's Saturday night. 6:37 PM. I purchased a new car, and called my agent, Tenille Tweedy. I'm thinking, it's late, and there's no way an agent would be available. At least the majority of them are closed. And definitely out on the weekends. But not RideNow. Not Tenille. She answered the phone with her normal adorable enthusiasm. And I'm like, "you've got to be kidding. Why are you still there?!" Anyway, as usual, Tenille handled all of my questions, and spent the time needed to get everything covered. And will always find a way to (somehow) save me money. Always. So a big "THANK YOU" to Tenille and her employer, RideNow insurance. If anyone is reading this review to see if these guys are good, or legit, I can pretty much guarantee that you WILL NOT find another agency that "performs" AND has an entire staff of amazing agents. They are simply "that good". read more

Great customer service. Beat my current provider for my side by side insurance hands down.

Honestly everything was good until I found out what was written in fine print when I signed this contract with them. They found me a decent insurance qoute better than anyone I found but when I went to cancel my insurance with them I found out about the penalties and the fact that my contract was pro rated. On top of that the lady explained to me that they do not disclose this unless asked. (Really)? Very shady and I would not recommend them to anyone else. Still in the process of dealing with this so if they do compensate for the lack of not disclosing this information my review will change but as I expect they have to make a money right. I do understand I should of read the fine print but I trusted this women. Now I see where it got me. read more

RideNowInsurance was very easy to engage, has very effective communication of options, and of course - a great price!! They produced a great result for me. In my past experience with Insurance, Health Care, Government and other engagements, these were stiff and policy based discussions - They look at me not as a person, just a source of revenue. At RideNow, their personal style and friendliness was surprisingly genuine : -) Most important, when done, I genuinely enjoyed working with this team on finding the right package of insurance. I am very glad that I discovered this team. read more

Ride now insurance is probably the lowest and best motorcycle ins. Out there. I have been a customer since 2006 and have been very satisfied. They have easy payment options too. I know they cover many things like boats, RVs, etc. read more

I was surprised with how many options there are with UTV insurance. I recently sold my MC and bought a RZR. They quoted me lower than my currently company that I've been with for 8 years. Super excited to go ride this weekend. Thanks RideNow Insurance. read more
