Then went to store to go over the cost and the sales person did not save the work so had to redo paper work leaving the molding trim off the materials required. Next after 6 days got a call the order was in, but they could only find half of the flooring. The sales person said that they would go to other store and deliver it, that didn't happen 4 days later I went back to store to get the flooring. I will say this the 2 men that came to install did a great job - that's why they didn't get a Zero.

Michael's team worked so hard and were always so kind, we were amazed at the quality of work and if something wasn't quite right he made it right. We had some unique requests based on the uniqueness of our home and it never phased Michael. He was always communicating to us when workers were coming and always checked in either by dropping by or by phone. We live in Rockwall county so it's a bit out of the way but he would come multiple times a week.
