They lure you in with a discounted price and verbally promise to complete all work. Once on‑site, they cut corners. Tasks they verbally agreed to include were later claimed to be excluded from the service. To make matters worse, they threatened to call the police if I did not pay. They even claimed they did not inspect the backyard during their quote visit. Excuse me? We explicitly mentioned both front and back yards over the phone, and they confirmed the price covered both yards. I have hired numerous yard‑work contractors before, and this is by far my worst experience. Because their cleanup was incomplete, we requested them to come back for re‑cleaning. After an argument, they did show up to do the additional work. However, during this follow‑up cleanup, they still refused to perform the bush-cutting and debris‑removal they had verbally promised. When we followed up to check on the status, they completely ignored our messages and only kept demanding payment. Too busy to argue further, we simply paid the bill to resolve the situation. Since we do not live at that property, we were vulnerable to their tactics. Full of pitfalls. Stay far away. I am writing this off as an expensive lesson.

The fence failed inspection because it was not installed in compliance with code. We have spent more than six months trying to resolve these issues directly with the company. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to correct the problems, forcing us to hire and pay another fencing company to bring the fence into legal compliance. They also installed a gate that swings the wrong direction and failed to install the required self-closing hardware on the walk-through gate for our pool fence. Our experience has been frustrating and expensive. We expected a safe, code-compliant installation but instead were left with significant safety and code violations that another contractor had to correct.
