D&R Irrigation & Landscaping came highly recommended on the Coppell Facebook page, and they exceeded my expectations. They thoroughly evaluated my sprinkler system, quickly identified the problem areas, and clearly explained their findings throughout the process. Their communication was excellent, and they completed all necessary repairs within a day. I was very impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness. I highly recommend D&R Irrigation & Landscaping and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. read more

D&R Irrigation and Lighting are fantastic! On time, quick resolution and replacement of sprinkler heads. I thought we had an irrigation leak under the pool decking- but they said we do not due to pressure measurement (thankfully). Will always use these guys and highly recommend them. read more

Using their services after a few years and D&R lived up to the expectations once again. Needed a bunch of sprinkler heads replaced and the risers checked. The quality of work was great. The crew even found some leaks that needed to be fixed under the pavement. Value for money and prompt service. The groove was efficient and did a thorough cleanup after the work was done. I will highly recommend D&R irrigation if you have a need for your lawn care services. read more

We have used this company for several years now and still are wowed by their service and abilities. They just finished a backyard privacy project that required a lot of thought and creativity. They came through with flying colors. We have been so happy with them because they have treated every project like it was their own. read more

Great Customer Service & Great Pricing. Dave emailed me late Saturday night and said they would be there Tuesday morning between 8 & 9. Just past 8am, Eric showed up (Amazing guy), explained the problem, had a zone out, we figured I had a bad valve after doing some tests. I literally walked a few steps away, when I heard a "thud", I turned around, he had already found the buried valve box. 10 min later it was replaced, and the zone was working. I asked him to check some of the heads, he actually walked around and marked the ones that Really needed to be replaced, and not just replaced to make more money. The work is very clean, very professional, quick, honest, great service, great price. I compare this to previous experiences, and it's night & day. Great Job Eric!! read more

Asked them to come asap to fix a sprinkler head. They did, and gave me a price discount because the job was so easy. My previous provider wanted a fee for looking at the problem, another fee because i needed the work done quickly. That's the end of that guy. D&R were honest and skilled. They have a new customer today. read more

D&R have now addressed my initial concerns and more. They replaced the shrubs that did not make it through the winter plus one that didn't like spring. They were also prepared to replace one that got damaged in the June storms but we agreed later that it wasn't necessary. Thanks David. read more

My above ground sprinker valve cracked when we had the last freeze where temps got in the single digits. Water was bursting out of the valve everywhere. The only option was to turn off the main valve that goes to the house. Because of the timing, (Christmas holiday), it was next to impossible to reach anyone so I went without water to the home for 2 days. I finally looked online and saw this company on yelp and read the reviews. I called David and explained my problem and that I was without water. He was able to fit me in same day. I was so impressed. His crew came and installed a very nice underground double check valve. Price was very reasonable too. Thank you David to you and your crew. Keep up the great customer service. read more

Delighted with this company. Used them twice for sprinkler problems over last couple of years. Most recently today. They showed up on time, clearly explained the issues, solved the problems, and did it affordably. read more

Zach came out and added a drip line to the landscaping in our backyard. He did an exceptional job. He was on time and very professional. They also cleaned up really well. I would highly recommended. We will be calling them back out to work on some landscape lighting in the front yard. read more

Hired these guys to service my current sprinkler system. Had them upgrade my controller to a Wi-Fi base system. I love this new feature. We did have a problem with the controller they initially installed. But they came out and replaced it and the new one's working great Really appreciate the good service. read more

Freddie is great. He responded quickly. Came out and fixed the problems at a very fair price. What a joy to find a service minded company. Well done! read more

They came out again for some routine maintenance. Did an excellent job again. They stopped by on the 3rd of July which was super nice because we were their only customers that day and they were nice enough to book the appointment for what was essentially an observed holiday. read more

Since moving into our home, David and his team have led us through several projects: a complete landscape design and installation in the front yard, upgraded irrigation controls (including an ap we can operate from our phones), lighting installation in the front and back yards, new sod, drainage repair and a flagstone patio and hammock installation in the backyard.  David and his team are knowledgeable and reliable.  Throughout the course of our projects, the team was excellent at troubleshooting any issues that would arise while always keeping the lines of communication open.  We are extremely pleased with our results and highly recommend David and his team. read more

We were preparing to put our house on the market and our landscaping need a refresh and the jungle tamed. They were prompt and friendly. David is very knowledge and made great recommendations to save me money while creating a beautiful landscape. They use high quality plants and they are all thriving well. The landscape is (was) one of favorite things about the house. They also took on our weekly maintenance to keep the yard looking great also. Scheduling was a bit difficult because it was a very busy time, David kept me informed and showed up to do the work as promised. read more

What a great find. Am so happy I found this company on Yelp and called them. My irrigation problem actually started a few weeks ago with some landscaping work done by a different company. Noticed several zones weren't working on my system after that landscaping company was long gone and the spring rains ended. Called D&R and from the very first words exchanged with David, I could tell things were going to be alright. Outstanding customer service and response end to end. His team had the proper equipment and training to do the wire repair right, and at a reasonable rate to boot. Without question, I will gladly call them again in the future for any unforeseen irrigation issues, and even regular system tune-ups. Am also now planning to reach back out to D&R soon for an outdoor lighting project I'm saving up for and future landscaping upgrades. read more

Needed a 1st-time sprinkler repair. D&R came up and the Reviews here on Yelp convinced me to try them. They are spot-on. David took my call and said he could have a crew out, same day. Kevin arrived very timely. Explained the problem and he repaired the broken line, including a small mod to ensure flexibility that would keep it from breaking should the head be suppressed. REALLY a very professional, knowledgeable and nice guy and a pleasure to work with. Cost was extremely fair and reasonable. D&R will be the company we call in the future and we highly recommend them. read more

Great service and communication! Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Had them fix a couple broken sprinklers and a few other little things. They checked all sprinklers with a full diagnosis afterwards. Very happy with this company. read more

Was trying to get an estimate on landscaping services, but never heard back from them after emailing the list of plants needed and layout of where they need to go. Guess they don't need my business. Second time this has happened to me with a landscaping company. My husband and I just decided we're just going to have to do it ourselves. read more

Very professional group. They are timely and do great work. Would highly recommend them.

Called D&R on Monday AM and they were able to accommodate our needs that afternoon. We incurred a minor emergency after replacing some fence posts and damaging our neighbor's sprinkler line. Eddie showed up and took care of the issue within minutes. At my request, Eddie did an analysis of our system as well. He fixed a handful or sprinkler heads, replaced two cracked pipes along the driveway (likely run over) and walked us through the watering efficiencies he made. Great customer service at a very reasonable price. read more
