While I understand some people may not be able to afford his pricing I don't think it's fair to slander someone based on you not getting lawn service for the price you think you should. I simply asked for a lawn rate because my current lawn service stopped services early for the season. The services in my area, Villages of Carmel, all charge $30-35 and they do a great job. These are nice houses but the yards are really small and I explained all of this. He quoted me a much higher rate that the upper class neighborhoods with big yards are paying and seemed offended that I even mentioned the going rate in my neighborhood. I politely declined and apologized for wasting his time and even admitted that it was my fault for not researching Yelp more before making a request for services. I had no idea that these are services for much higher income people. He then responded with a very rude and unprofessional text, even calling me names. Yeah, he may do good work but his rates are much higher than what's relative and he's unprofessional. I was nothing but courteous with him and even apologized for unintentionally wasting his time. I will be informing my HOA and the community chat about this interaction. If anyone needs a reasonable rate for their yard, reach out to me. I just found out about several lawn services not on Yelp who aren't overcharging people. read more

I contacted this company last minute when the company I had scheduled cancelled on me last minute. Not only did Johnny respond quickly but he came the same day and did the work I requested and then some. He was quick and efficient and my yard looks amazing. Jonathan started out as a very responsive person. His pricing was market value. He was a bit slow as compared to other lawn folks but he stayed till he finished. His hedge trimming was uneven but out bushes were over grown so I needed him to come back and level them out. He trimmed our trees, got them away from the roof though the cuts could have been more smooth. Eventually I would've had him do more work. But he became non responsive to texts and phone calls. If he didn't want to work here anymore, he could have said something, there plenty of people out there. He also left two of my neighbors in a lurch as well and wasn't responding to them either. I have since found someone new. Hopefully they will be more professional and will pick up my neighbors too. read more
