If they had done that it would have wrecked the plumbing not to mention that I would be left to repair the flooring. Recently, one side of the house started to sink again. They came back out and leveled it back up for free since it was under the lifetime warranty and I kept up with the maintenance. The lifetime warranty makes it worth the expense. He was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and completely transparent throughout our foundation assessment. Chuck took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly from multiple perspectives. I left the meeting feeling confident and informed about our foundation issues and next steps. I highly recommend Elevated Construction Group for anyone considering foundation repair. They also offer a Veterans discount, which is a great added benefit. Thank you, Chuck, for your outstanding service!

Big disconnect from sales to field staff, the young man that performed the work was very nice but…read moreVERY inexperienced. Both of these contributed to the field supervisor finally showing up and doing the best he could wrap up the lifting from what had already been done. Unfortunately I paid full price for a "training session", and ending up with mediocre results. As a consumer, 1)do your homework on your project 2) ask lots of questions 3) don't settle... In the future I would be very cautious in using or recommending Groundworks.

At first, working with William and his crew was pleasant. They gave us a quote in a timely manner,…read moreand for a decent price. This was in March of 2018. We entered into a contract on March 19th, 2018, and well, it's 2019 and my home still isn't done. The contract said it would take "five weeks till the completion of the remodel." Then something came up, then he would cancel. Then it was months without seeing from him or hearing from him. It would take me literally begging over text to get to him to come and finish my home. It took him 8 months to even come close to finishing the inside of my home (paint, flooring, cabinets, making the house not look like it was a construction war zone). All that was left to do was the outside siding of my home. We agreed that we would replace the outside siding of the home with new siding, as per the contract, and paint over the new siding. After two months of asking him to meet up, he finally came to my home to discuss the siding. He "promised" to have it done by mid December. I even made compromises of only replacing the old parts and instead fixing up my porch because he said the old siding was "just fine." It's been months and NOTHING. William Rodriguez will not complete a project, and will take all money and abandon ship. Do not do business with him if you ever want your home done.

This is my second time having them out since we bought our house. The first time was 5.5 years ago,…read morewhich was 4 years after we bought it. This time was after a fairly large slab leak, where we are noticing part of the house seems to have maybe lifted a tiny bit. Both times, they were easy to schedule with. They had the soonest availability and just made it simple. Both times, they came out and did a comprehensive inspection at no cost and gave me the readout. Both times, they did not try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The first time, we did not really have any issues. This time, he did say part of the house was higher a little bit, but that it should settle on its own in a few months and that they would come back out and check it again at that time. I appreciate that they do not try to find BS to try to charge you for when you don't need it. It's a good strategy because I will always trust them, and when there is eventually an issue, I am sure I will have them take care of it.

I called Ryan with Firm Foundation to help us with a retaining wall. We were wanting it put up…read moreafter finishing our backyard pool project. My husband, whose family is in the masonry business, was skeptical before meeting with him. But boy oh boy did Ryan know what he is talking about. My husband was convinced our side yard which was a pretty steep "hill" could not be flattened out, which is what I wanted. We were building a pool and have 2 boys that needed a place to run and that side yard was all we had left after putting that pool in. Ryan came up with an amazing plan. And we were both so happy with how that yard and wall turned out. Simply stunning! The pool company was terrible and wasn't really willing to work with Ryan and his schedule. But Ryan was very patient with us and them. They kept pushing back the finish date. Which annoyed all of us, but Ryan never made us feel bad about it as it was not our fault. Oh and the pool company literally had no drainage plan except to put pop ups that would flow into the neighbors yard, which we were not ok with. And that was after begging for months to talk to us about the drainage. We asked Ryan if that's something they work with and he had a really great plan to us in just a few days. Needless to say we fired the pool company from the drainage portion of the project and that was the best decision we could have made. There have been zero problems with our drainage. Like nothing at all! It works perfectly everytime. And we never have to worry about that. And all the water gets directed straight to the curb and runs into the street, not our yard or the neighbors yards. The wall in the backyard that goes all the way to the front is gorgeous. When we ran into a potential problem with the last front portion of the wall, Ryan and his guys actually talked to us about it and we all made a decision together on the best move forward. It was such a nice change to have an owner of a company talk to us and work through a potential issue together. Unlike the pool company. (I do wish Ryan was in the pool business. If he was I know we would not be having the problems that we are having that pool company and trying to fix their mistakes.). But Ryan and his company delivered and went above and beyond what was necessary for a job. To summarize, if you need work on something that Ryan and his guys work on, hire them immediately!! They may not be the most affordable, but goodness you will not have any issues and that is worth its weight in gold!! They are worth every penny!! And in case you are wondering about his crew, they are totally awesome!!! Not only are they artists and I would say perfectionists in the best possible way, they were all very personable. They even allowed my boys to "help" which made them feel included and part of the project. I have never been happier with a house project in my life.
