They communicated that morning letting us know they would be here at their allotted appointment time. They called again to tell me they finished one job early and would come early if that was acceptable and it was. When they got here Jesse took the time to explain the process they would be working. They went through a questionnaire to make sure they had our approval. Once we OKd the project they began the work. It took them about 2 hours and they began the work immediately and were professional in every aspect of their project. They worked like a well trained team and completed the work to our satisfaction cleaning up everything when they finished. Once they had completed the work we checked everything they did and were extremely pleased with the work. And the sidewalks that had sunk about 2-3 inches were perfectly level and looked like new. Both my wife and I couldn't be more satisfied. Would recommend groundwork's to anyone needed cement leveling. Plan on using them again for a cracked driveway. Upon completion they took me through a final review of what was done and had questions regarding our satisfaction before they asked to be paid. I really liked that! It took him 8 months to even come close to finishing the inside of my home (paint, flooring, cabinets, making the house not look like it was a construction war zone). All that was left to do was the outside siding of my home. We agreed that we would replace the outside siding of the home with new siding, as per the contract, and paint over the new siding. After two months of asking him to meet up, he finally came to my home to discuss the siding. He "promised" to have it done by mid December. I even made compromises of only replacing the old parts and instead fixing up my porch because he said the old siding was "just fine." It's been months and NOTHING. William Rodriguez will not complete a project, and will take all money and abandon ship. Do not do business with him if you ever want your home done.
