He reviewed all my videos and pictures immediately and called me back within minutes. He advised me to get a structural engineer out there, which came out in two days he offered to credit the price of the structural engineer against whatever I would spend with him if I chose him, which I thought was cool I felt like he really educated me about what was happening with my foundation and although it always sucks to have to get your foundation repaired, it was probably the easiest possible experience I could've imagined. It only took them a couple days to come out. They were there promptly at 7:45 AM. They put five lines into the bedrock around the corner of my house. They were done before noon. It looked like they never came. Which is probably the biggest compliment I could give them Additionally, the exterior corner of the house was raised an inch and a half which was great and I saw interior cracks close up a bit. This gave me confidence that they are taking every project seriously from small to large. The quality of work I had seen from other projects and the quote coming back at an affordable price point made my choice to move forward with Cabrera a no brainer. Once I signed a contract and got a deposit work started almost right away and was completed in an efficient amount of time. At the end of the job there were a few punch list items that needed to be resolved and the team at Cabrera jumped in to make everything right as soon as possible to make sure I was happy. We are now enjoying our new patio right in time for the fall season. I have an acre, and much of the backyard surrounding the pool and walkways was done in travertine stone, altogether a couple of thousand square feet. I had extensive flood damage to the stone in the last 2 years. Much of the stone had to be removed and reset or replaced, of course with a completely new stone bed and mortar. In addition I had a broken area of my driveway that needed to be redone with concrete pavers. The masons finished their job about a week ago and I was just amazed at how meticulous they were. I have done complete remodels, including extensive landscaping, on six different houses, and the paving work done by Cabrera was so far superior to any other crew I have hired that there is really no second best. They were head and shoulders above all the others. They were absolute perfectionists, and did not rush at all. What was originally thought to take 3 days or so turned into a 5-day job for a three man crew, but there was not a bit of complaining from anyone. They did not try to increase the charge because of the unanticipated extra labor. The owner of the company was always available and always responsive to any question. What I have today is a hardscape that is far superior to the original installation done 10 years ago. This is a company, family owned, that I will keep on my list for any landscaping needs in the future.

They have since completely ghosted us. And I cannot get a return phone call. This leaves me no other choice but to leave this type of review. I feel in order to run a great business. I walked over to ask how much it would cost to have them mow my yard. I was told that he would need to see the yard to provide an estimate. I walked him through and he told me $30/weekly or $40/bi-weekly. The price is approximately what I expect given other prices I've seen. I was told that for $30/weekly he would mow, edge, fertilize, and provide pest control. I've come to despise working in the yard during Texas summers, so I decided to take him up on his weekly offer. I am typically skeptical of paying someone for a service I can do myself. It seems lazy and a waste of money. However, I left to run an errand and when I returned I was impressed by the quality of his work. I don't have the patience or knowledge to make my yard look as impressive as it did when he was done. The only drawback I could identify is that there is no website or email address. It seems that these 2 gentlemen are running a small business where they advertise with a business card. While this limits the form of communication, I sent a text to thank them for their work and to ask about the bushes. It did not appear that the bushes were trimmed, so I asked if it is possible they forgot and to just ask if he could address it next week if he did forget. He replied promptly. If you are interested in lawn service, I would recommend Tony and his partner. Since the barrier to entry is low, there are likely many service providers. I cannot speak to the quality of work by others, but I can tell you that I was impressed with Tony's work.

The Main Street team was very responsive and came out to look at the project. Within hours I had a very competitive offer and decided to go ahead with the work. They were very accommodating when it came to scheduling the start and very open and honest during the entire time they were here.
