We picked two slabs of Taj Mahal quartzite and contracted them to fabricate about 65 square feet for our kitchen, including a sink cutout, a cooktop cutout, an eased edge on all pieces, and one seam that the layout required. Our main contact was Noe. He does not waste words, but every question got a real answer and his replies to our many texts came back promptly. The measuring appointment at our house was fast and accurate, and the quote was clear and well itemized so we knew exactly what we were paying for and getting. Their office is clean and inviting and after our slabs were delivered, we went in and worked with them to template out which cuts came from which part of the stone. That step is the reason the veining sits exactly where we wanted it, and I'd tell anyone doing this to take them up on it. Install day went the same way. The crew showed up on schedule, were professional and careful, and worked quickly. The seam is well placed and well built. Caulking and sink install are both tidy. We have roughly 75% of one slab left and will absolutely have Granite-Zone fabricate the countertops for our wet bar and bathrooms.

I wasn't even home! I called immediately and asked how they could have treated inside when I wasn't home. No one called or texted to tell me they were one their way, much less there. It's a 7am-7pm window so they can't expect people to just sit around all day and wait for them. So the woman apologized and rescheduled me for 9/8. I got a confirmation text which I confirmed. No one showed! I texted in 9/10 to say so, and I got a text back that they cancelled the appointment because they had just come out on 9/4. No one told me or called or anything. This is just bad customer service for a not good price. No thanks. Edit: I was called about this review and they did nothing to try to apologize for what happened. They just insisted they did go into my house because a contractor was there, but they didn't call or ask permission to go inside. They insist they texted me when the tech was on the way, but the only texts I got were confirmation text messages. I checked spam. How can you insist you texted me when it's not there? Without apology. Appreciate the call, I guess, but there was no redemption.

The fence failed inspection because it was not installed in compliance with code. We have spent more than six months trying to resolve these issues directly with the company. Despite repeated requests, they have refused to correct the problems, forcing us to hire and pay another fencing company to bring the fence into legal compliance. They also installed a gate that swings the wrong direction and failed to install the required self-closing hardware on the walk-through gate for our pool fence. Our experience has been frustrating and expensive. We expected a safe, code-compliant installation but instead were left with significant safety and code violations that another contractor had to correct.
