They provided a fair deal. It is a complicated process of purchasing granite. We had them do our…read morebathroom vanity top in marble and was very pleased with the install so we went back for our kitchen countertops. After getting the quote they send you down to dallas to look at the slabs of granite at their warehouse, when we got there they didn't have the correct slab so they sent us to another warehouse where we spotted a granite that was a higher priced but we were willing to pay for what we wanted. The install was scheduled after they had measured, when the first installers arrived and left we discovered they failed to install a piece of backsplash on the stove side of the kitchen. We called the salesperson and she aplologized and said that they simply forgot so they were going to come back the next day to install. The installer said he would arrive in the morning but we waited and waited and found out that they wouldn't arrive until the following day. Another installer arrived and checked the measurements against what they had given him and discovered it was wrong. He had to go back and get another piece and later returned and finished the job. I understand mistakes are made but I feel it is not right to have someone commit to a day and time and then not show up or call. We had to call. When they discovered they didn't cut backsplash they said they didn't have the material and that they had to use our remant. I had to get them to bring back what they didn't use. I am going to use this for a table top. All in all the countertops are nice and I think we received a fair price. If I used them again I would be on top of the details and really hold their feet to the fire before signing off on the completed work. They did finish the job and the store personnel were not responsible for the installers but helped us with resolution.
