We ran into some permit issues. With the project half done, our project manager wouldn't answer his phone for weeks, his voicemail was full, wouldn't answer texts. We were in the dark. I think they finally pushed it through just to get our money, but did a terrible job finishing up. Mismatched rock, large concrete stains on our driveway, shoddy workmanship (unfinished, warped wood planks that will leave you with a hand full of splinters if you touch it, mismatched stain) on the air conditioning fence, sand all over the patio, no sealant. But they wanted their money, now, now, NOW. This after no answered for phone calls for weeks. Terrible experience. I wouldn't refer a neighbor I couldn't stand to this company. So unprofessional. This had nothing to do with covid. This was just bad business practices and zero integrity.

A thin piece of glass fell of from one edge which to me looks like issue with the edge polishing process which weakened it ..owner is opinion that it happened due to impact while we had handled all shelves very carefully and didn't hit anything. This happening to tempred glass is something I dont expect so taking 2nd opinion. Will update my review and rating based on outcome. The glass shelves are actually made by " Dallas Flat Glass Distributors". I got custom sized glass shelves for a built in entertainment center. Their prices were nearly 1/4 of some other quotes I received for same specs. The shelves were ready within few days of ordering. Would do more business in future for all our glass needs.

Yet most the other quotes we've gotten are around $17k-$25k. In fact, our consultation was over when we told them our budget was like $20k-$25k. They said all that would pay for is a new shower. Take that for what you will. I'm sure they do a great job if you can afford them...But if you don't have a minimum of $40k, might be a waste of everyone's time.

I called as we were leaving another shop and Rosa offered to even give me a price quote over the phone so we would have an idea of what they would charge. I told her that wouldn't be necessary since we were only a few miles away so we just drove over. Sure enough we were greeted by Rosa when we got there. Full disclosure, this is a granite / quartz fabrication shop so you will be in a work are as you go to the office. We were in the market for a high end quartz top to replace a vanity top in our half bath. We found the perfect remnant piece and within a few minutes Rosa gave us a quote. Seemed reasonable and we even paid extra to have them use their plumber to disconnect and connect our new faucet and sink. Rosa had someone stop by to measure the same day and they install was done the following day! We were a small job so I am sure they squeezed us in. But regardless, we were super happy with the product and the service. Highly recommend CS granite for all your stone needs!

They are not reputable and their owners are only looking for the bottom line X10. I recently had a project where I gave them plenty of time notice, only to find out they didn't even prep the layout of the product until the day before and didn't even install the project. No phone call, no anything and left the client without an installation and no communication. They still have our stone. Don't know why and no excuses. I don't understand how this company thinks that can treat a long time client this way. I've seen this step-by-step getting worse with this company. I would not recommend them and them to anyone.
