We are so lucky…read morethat we did a little bit more searching when our almost-flooring guy wasn't very responsive and we gave Design Floors an opportunity. Glad we did. 5 enthusiastic stars! BACKGROUND: We were recommended to a flooring company by our realtor and I got frustrated by the untimely communication between us and his company. Finally I made the decision w/ my wife to end it right then and there and set an appointment with Siegfried (owner) who was very professional and sounded very competent over the phone. COMMUNICATIONS Let me tell you how impressed we were. After my initial phone call w/ Siegfried, I set an appointment and asked my wife to reconsider and meet Design Floors. Siegfried was always on the spot with anything we asked for. He even provided samples for my wife to take back to our new home and we laid them out on our floor to decide. We finally settled on a color and made an installation appointment. One thing we appreciated is how fast he would answer our questions. If it wasn't by phone, it would be text. INSTALLATION / CREW My wife was representing us at our home and keeping her keen eye on things. She was especially pleased, and as a former corporate interior designer, she knows where companies/contractors will short cut installs. According to her, they did everything right. We put in vinyl flooring throughout the entire home except the master bathroom (we have pets; i have bad allergies) and it looks gorgeous. Because our house was completely empty, they were able to finish our 2,400 sq ft home in 3 days. Might be longer if you have furniture. The crew was led by a man named Elly (sp?) and he and the guys were very respectful of our home and took care to make sure things were clean after every day. They took away all the refuse from the demo and took away boxes and other misc sundries after each work day. Siegfried arranged the plumber whose prices were competitive with market rate. There was an accident (small hole in wall) while moving a piece of heavy furniture but Siegfried decided to take care of it on his own dime. Wow, we were impressed! PRICING Speaking of pricing, his rates were competitive with the 3 other shops I called for estimates. PICS These are just a few shots. Our place looks amazing and we can't wait to move in!

They have a very durable finish and lots of great features - like the pantry cabinets come with pull out shelves already. They have double trash pull cabinets, glass front cabinets, etc. I've used the dove white and the charcoal so far. They have a new SAGE color I am going to use on my upcoming renovation in a 1930's Tudor home. I can't say enough about every person I've met there. They are so knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. Assembly costs and delivery are great options and cheap! They are my GO TO cabinet company and I recommend them to all of my colleagues. Also conveniently located at 635 and 35 around the corner from the Floor & Decor. The cabinets in the photos are the DOVE and see I used the charcoal in the dining area.

It's our first time replacing countertops, so we walked in with a long list of questions…read more Granite-Zone handled all of them. We picked two slabs of Taj Mahal quartzite and contracted them to fabricate about 65 square feet for our kitchen, including a sink cutout, a cooktop cutout, an eased edge on all pieces, and one seam that the layout required. Our main contact was Noe. He does not waste words, but every question got a real answer and his replies to our many texts came back promptly. The measuring appointment at our house was fast and accurate, and the quote was clear and well itemized so we knew exactly what we were paying for and getting. Their office is clean and inviting and after our slabs were delivered, we went in and worked with them to template out which cuts came from which part of the stone. That step is the reason the veining sits exactly where we wanted it, and I'd tell anyone doing this to take them up on it. Install day went the same way. The crew showed up on schedule, were professional and careful, and worked quickly. The seam is well placed and well built. Caulking and sink install are both tidy. We have roughly 75% of one slab left and will absolutely have Granite-Zone fabricate the countertops for our wet bar and bathrooms.

Mike and his crew did a great job for us from start to finish…read more They installed three beautiful motorized sunshades on our patio here in Sandbrock Ranch in Aubrey. We back to a wooded area with western sun exposure. It has made all the difference in blocking the hot evening sun and reducing the pesky insects so we can enjoy our outdoor living space. The Suntek shade fabric is of great quality and so are the frames. When it rains we just close the shades and it keeps us and the patio dry. Another bonus is that the shades can be operated using WiFi on our smart phones! I recommend Cool Screens of Texas with 100% confidence because of their quality of materials, workmanship and their great customer service. Thank you!
